Darren and Kristian were a breathe of fresh air to work with. I purchased a property which had various bump along the way the guys were responsive, clear and tried to push things forward where possible.
They kept me up to date with everything that was going on and supported when both solicitors were not moving quick enough.

Being their own business, they care about their customers. Something I haven’t found with bigger agents. They certainly paid for their own fee by going the extra mile.

A top team with an above and beyond service. These guys make the process of buying and selling so much easier than going with your classic high street estate agent. We had a great experience selling our property with Bartletts. With their marketing strategy, we had about 20 viewings in one day and from that 6 solid offers. Throughout the process Darren and Kristian were in close contact with all parts of the chain and ensured everything got ironed out and ran smoothly - particularly between solicitors (who are shocking at communicating with each other). I can’t recommend Bartletts enough.

My partner and I were purchasing our first flat in London, Kristian was exceptionally open, helpful and communicative throughout the process.
Nothing was ever too much and the transparency, such as allowing us to meet the sellers, put us at ease throughout what should be quite a stressful process.
While we battled with solicitors to get the legal side sorted, Kristian managed the process smoothly and communiated clearly.

Darren's approach is different from the high street agencies. He arranges the viewings and meets the prospective buyers at the property personally, to show them around. He keeps in touch and sends updates regularly. Takes care of the whole process from start to finish. We tried a couple of high street agencies with little success and then turned to Darren. A sale was agreed within 6 weeks, I would wholeheartedly recommend his agency.

The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth! After having numerous difficulties with various high street estate agents where we felt like we were treated as a statistic it was a pleasure working with Darren as he actually cares and we felt like he was properly invested in helping us.

First class service from Darren and his team from start to finish.
-After initially engaging with a national Estate Agency and them making little to no progress, I was referred on to Darren Bartlett Real Estate from a friend and the experience was a polar opposite! In the 6 or so months prior I had received very few viewings, very little by way of market feedback and, although sensitive to market conditions brought about by Covid, was fairly unimpressed. Enter Darren. Within merely a few days of engaging him, he had achieved more in the first couple of weeks than the large agency (with higher fees I may add) had achieved in months! He was very proactive in marketing my property, gave excellent insights into market conditions, including setting my expectations. In next to no time Darren had lined me up with an offer and, not long after that the sale was concluded! As I am based abroad, Darren's proactiveness and timely updates were just what I needed. I strongly endorse Darren and his whole team and will be utilising his services again without question, in addition to recommending his services to anyone who is seeking a similar experience when selling real estate.

He is amazing at what he does, nothing is too much trouble, my flat sale turned out to be a bit tricky but Darren helped at every stage keeping me and my buyer up to date, liaising with solicitors and building good relationships between the chain ensuring the stress was taken out of it. Darren is easily the best experience I have had with an estate agent. He sold my late Father’s property in St. Margaret’s and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the start his passion and knowledge for selling houses was clear to see and the way he marketed the property with stylised photos and a short video for social media was spot on. Within the first week we had 12 viewings and three serious offers which was amazing. His personal touch and genuine interest in making the process as stress free as possible for those involved, is something which I have never come across in previous dealings with agents. The mere thought of buying or selling a property can leave a long lasting negative impression for some people, as it is amongst the most stressful things you’ll ever do.
Therefore, finding out that Darren Bartlett takes away all the angst, pain and strain out of buying and selling, gives me peace of mind knowing that there’s definitely someone on my side.
Darren is not only a terrific guy, but the way he looks after the buyer and seller is just a delight.
He sits down with you (or in times of isolation, has a video call), goes through everything that you can think of, treats you as a human being and gets on with his job.
Darren is honest and won’t guild any lilies. He will suggest a fair and reflective price when you are selling, and is realistic when you are buying.
As Darren works with a great mortgage advisor team, he can put you in touch with them, without leaving it to you.
He will even sort out your utilities so that they are all being set up for you, when you move in (having the gas, electric, broadband, landline and mobile on one monthly bill is so easy and saves so much hassle. Plus, the guy that Darren deals with makes life so easy, and saves you money, so it’s a no brainier really). This is a really great service, as it’s one less thing to worry about.
What is also very helpful is that he offers a 360 video view of the property, inside and out (really useful when you want to show family and friends).
Darren’s complete “package” service really shines out like a beacon in a dark sea of estate agents. He most certainly a cut above the rest, and that’s why the 5* rating I’ve offered is so apt.
I cannot but recommend Darren for helping you buy or sell your property.

I know so many people over the past few years who have blindly chosen some of the more well known, high end, high street agents for selling their homes throughout the Richmond borough. We can all be drawn to an established brand, but this doesn't always mean that we get the best advice, process of service.
I haven't come across anyone as in-tune and personal as Darren. He has a vast level of market experience and a sense of real integrity. He's innovative in advice and marketing and is personally invested within schools and local projects. This is another aspect that gives him the edge over a standard Estate Agent as he is well-known and respected in many circles, all adding to the kudos of helping you sell your home.
