Antony Roberts - Kew

2 Station Parade

I have used Antony Roberts (Kew) for the letting and management of my house for the past couple of years, they have always been really honest, straight talking and pleasant to deal with, unlike other agents I have dealt with over the years. I cant recommend Hanya and her team highly enough.

Colin Hayter

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. You are always welcomed with a smile when visiting the Kew Lettings office. As to their ability at finding excellent tenants and providing a market valuation, market conditions their service is second to none. Press ‘like’ if review is of benefit.

Savills - Richmond

40-42 Hill Rise

Very professional service from Peter.

Brendan O'Shea

Both John Mitchell & Fego Emaviwe of the Richmond office were very hard-working & helpful in getting a new tenant for us, & ensuring that Tenancy Agreements, etc were updated in the light of several detail changes along the way - many thanks.

Antony Roberts - Richmond

3 Kew Road, Kew

I have used the services from Antony Roberts for the first time in order to rent a property in Richmond. Great service overall, and a very reliable team. Very good communication all the way through for a very easy stress free transaction.

They'll take your money and then abandon you. Most estate agents are bad, however they are nothing compared to these guys. Their agents will tell you that the letting will be professionally cleaned however when I moved in there was still the former tenents poop - literally - in the flat. Now after 9 months of living in what they call luxury, I've had mushrooms growing in my bathroom through a hole in the floor that I was told would be fixed shortly after I moved in. Who knows what health issues this has left me with. But that no worry because they have offered me a whole 5 days rent to compensate my misery. If you hate yourself these guys are for you.

Oakhill Estate Agents

6 South Street

I have been living in a flat that Oakhill have managed for several years now and overall my experience has been very positive with them. Any issues that we have had, have been very quickly resolved. Responses to my emails are often the same day (within few hours) so I just want to say, thanks guys.

Kam smith

Terrible service. Over a year ago my full deposit (held with DPS) was paid to Oakhills to cover the outstanding rent on a property managed by them. To date Oakhills will not give reference reason being "outstanding rent". Fair?

Thorgills - Brentford

44 High St, Brentford

Ed, Dannie, Nebras are all doing an amazing job! I had a wonderful experience with Thorgills and these guys knew what they were doing. I’m proudly own a house in London, and would give my recommendation to this team hands down with out a second thought.

Pavan Kumar

Giving a one is so unfortunate as I would give a zero for the service and way Thorgills Brentford, have treated me. I have never felt so abandoned, kicked to the curb and robbed out of so much money. They don’t tell their clients of their nil deposit scheme, and then when the landlord/lady finds out she decides so not go ahead with the move even though she’s accepted the offer and done all the vetting which was so stressful for me and my family thanks to Haffeeza, in the client support team. She badged on with calls, texts and e-mail to me and my family who were my guarantors. They lie and add on fees where it’s not applicable, rush you through the whole process which is a nightmare and kills the excitement and enjoy for a first time renter like myself and have rude staff who don’t like to do viewings and want everything done my what’s app and FaceTime. They rush you, push you up against and the wall and pressure you into signing documents and advise you to make offers knowing you don’t match the affordability scale. One of my biggest mistakes is giving Thorgill the opportunity and pleasure to finding an apartment for myself and when you don’t want to move in they threaten you with legal action and tell you that they will ruin your credit score. I am now in a legal battle of getting my money back which is £3500 kept by the manager Simon at Brentford. I advice you guys out their stay away from Thorgills Brentford, they are full of liars, thieves and disgusting people to talk and deal with. This is coming from a 25 years old who is now terrified to move in to any rented property and I’m not keen of doing it in the future. Best of luck guys

GetAgent makes finding an estate agent easier.

Very helpful in arranging for 3 agents to come around and put their pitch for marketing our property. Having them as an intermediary made the process...

A very good comparison website

A very good comparison website for checking local estate agencies. We used it to check who have sold the most in our area and the results were very useful to us.

It really helped my decision making

There are so many estate agents to choose from but they provided details with the numbers of houses each had sold in my area and which had achieved the asking price which I found most helpful

Mrs Heather Marshall

Choose the right agent for your house.

An amazingly easy way to choose your estate agent with total confidence. I did and among the many found the right one for my house. Speedy, responsive, considerate and effective. Thank you.
