His professionallism and communication to all parties was key to getting the ball rolling and things moving quickly. He single handedly project managed the sale, which was on a chain, liaising with client, buyer (us), both solicitors, buyer estate agents and all parties involved, making sure evertrhing was progressing well. His communication and follow up was fantastic, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page. Very impressed with Hamptons, and specifically Rory Clarke in managing the sale process in Richmond.

From the start, their advice has been both timely and appropriate – particularly as we are 100 miles away. We valued their local knowledge, friendly updates and sound advice. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

We dealt with two people in particular, Michael Britt and Louise Reader, who supported us through what turned out to be an extremely difficult and problematic sale. They were levelheaded and practical. They went well beyond what I would've expected.- 28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I recently dealt with Laney from the Mall office in London. In my time as an estate agent it is rare for me to go and review another estate agent, however she has certainly been a breath of fresh air to deal with in a chain we have been involved in. Always returned calls, was at the other end of the phone when times got a little tricky and has just been fantastic from the outset. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

Everything was clear, documented and exactly as described. Thanks Natalie for helping me find my new flat to rent and for taking me throughout the whole process from viewing, signing the contract until moving in with a calming beautiful smile. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
