I have used Knight Frank Richmond to sell my flat last year and I can say that the service from these guys is the best on the market. Knight Frank has been exceptional right from the start till the final day of the sale.
Due to personal circumstances I was away from London, however I was assured that my physical presence were not required. Indeed, the staff has been on top of their form to deal with various requests and keep me updated on the progress of the sale. I would like to personally recognise Katy, Hannah and Peter for their effort and exceptional customer service.
I would recommend Knight Frank Richmond to everyone who is looking for a stress free assistance in property management.
After having seen something like 60 flats with other agents I finally got to the point with Knight Frank as I they understood my needs and did not waste my time visiting other random properties. This was great!...
On the other hand... the aftermath was quite painful/annoying unfortunately.
The information received from the Agency revealed to be really imprecise on some aspects of the technical features of the flat (even though reportedly passed by their clients), definitely demonstrating some quite shallow technical knowledge which one would not expect from a name as Knight Frank.

We have registered with a number of London Agents as we are looking to move to Chiswick and the response and helpfulness of the team at KFH Chiswick has been great. They also seem to have great opening hours and make it convenient to talk to them. We have been pleased with their attitude and helpfulness and we spoke to a friendly and helpful guy called Callum. Definitely thing they are better than many other we have spoken to.
It's a shame I can't place a rating lower than a 1 as I have had a terrible experience with this Real-estate agency. I have been lied to I have been offended by its staff and I have entered a house that has had zero work done to its water, heating and several other general aspects that make a house habitable despite being told that 'its all been taken care of'. In all my years of living in different countries and different cultures I have never seen such laziness and lack of feeling towards tenants.

I felt able to do this as I've known Michael Wright, the Oakhill Managing Director for a number of years (well before he opened Oakhill Agents) and have seen the good work he does in the Old Isleworth community and the help he gives others. I knew he would bring these values into his business and I felt able to recommend the Company based on trust.
As a local resident I've also been impressed over the years with the quality of their marketing. For me it's a bit more discerning and creative than most Estate Agent marketing and stands out for that reason.
Terrible service. Over a year ago my full deposit (held with DPS) was paid to Oakhills to cover the outstanding rent on a property managed by them. To date Oakhills will not give reference reason being "outstanding rent". Fair?

Dealt with a lady called dawn (not sure which office she worked from), unfortunately her customer service was very poor. Struggled to get hold of her post exchanging. Will avoid this estate agent from now on.
