Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

He always goes out of his way to check in for updates on my mother's situation and makes sure I’m supported every step of the way, often offering further help without even being asked. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, reliability, and such a personable approach so effortlessly. A huge credit to the company, and yes, an added bonus that he’s very easy on the eye too. Outstanding service all round

20th Jun 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Right Now Residential at all costs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was lied to by Remy Tracey, who misrepresented the property I agreed to rent. What I signed up for and what I got were two completely different things. As a disabled tenant, I was subjected to coercive pressure to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretences, and once I moved in, I was left to deal with uninhabitable conditions, unresolved maintenance issues, and no basic utility information. I was forced to unwind the tenancy legally — yet I’ve been completely ignored ever since. Despite sending multiple formal emails and notices, they have failed to return the £2,920.22 they owe me. Their behaviour has been deceitful, negligent, and possibly discriminatory. The only thing they have done is chase me for money — while refusing to engage in any discussion about returning what I am rightfully owed. I’m now having to issue a CCJ just to get my money back. No communication. No responsibility. No integrity whatsoever. Right Now Residential have shown a complete disregard for professionalism, accountability, and decency. This company should not be allowed to operate in the rental market. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They helped me find the perfect flat and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I was on very short notice to move out from my previous address, but they were incredibly quick, responsive, and supportive whenever I needed anything. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and professionally. A special thank you to Raul — he was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Raul was professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way. His support really made a difference, and I’m very grateful for his dedication. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
