I had a wonderful experience with Chancellor's in Richmond and would like to give a special mention to Louise and her hard work and warm energy. Louise was very good with communication and helped guide me very well through the whole process. Most unprofessional viewing I've been to. The agent ended up ringing us at the time of our scheduled viewing to tell us she hadn't left yet and would likely be caught in traffic and be 15 minutes late. She then asked us to tell anyone else who was there she would be late. When we arrived there were 4 other couples waiting. When she finally arrived she asked us where everybody else was before seeing the crowd. Then she said she hoped the tenants were in because she didn't have keys to the property... Are you serious? It was fine because the tenants were in but you're late and then you want to lead with oh we might not be able to get into the property? I rang the office to give them feedback but they're such a big company it's unlikely to affect them at all. All four couples ended up seeing the property at the same time which we didn't mind but felt sorry for the newborn that was just put to sleep. Just really disappointing experience overall. She was not the best representation of their agency.... Read more
