Most unprofessional viewing I've been to. The agent ended up ringing us at the time of our scheduled viewing to tell us she hadn't left yet and would likely be caught in traffic and be 15 minutes late. She then asked us to tell anyone else who was there she would be late. When we arrived there were 4 other couples waiting. When she finally arrived she asked us where everybody else was before seeing the crowd. Then she said she hoped the tenants were in because she didn't have keys to the property... Are you serious? It was fine because the tenants were in but you're late and then you want to lead with oh we might not be able to get into the property? I rang the office to give them feedback but they're such a big company it's unlikely to affect them at all. All four couples ended up seeing the property at the same time which we didn't mind but felt sorry for the newborn that was just put to sleep. Just really disappointing experience overall. She was not the best representation of their agency.... Read more

He was so incredibly efficient, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, and we are both so grateful to him! We had a couple of delays with the Lettings Hub referencing process, but Finlay was always more than happy to help and chase them for us. Louise and Miira were extremely responsive and patient, and despite me being away for work and unavailable, constantly kept me up to date.
