Sam Hall did an excellent job, he was very patient with me and listened to what kind of flat I am looking for and he got in touch as soon as ‘the one’ was available! Super clear and friendly communication, and you get the type of calls from the agent that you actually enjoy, it’s like talking to a friend, listens, advises and cares! Highly recommend! AVOID as renters. If you have an issue, such as your flat nearly flooding due to a serious leak, damage to the walls, water dripping out of the ceiling...... They will not bother to fight for you or employ any urgency in dealing with the matters, despite multiple calls and emails to them pleading otherwise!
One month after aforementioned leak - the original source still hasn't been fixed, you continue to chase them regarding investigations and redecorating and they'll happily let you live in a state of disrepair with cracked and damaged walls and light fittings hanging out the ceiling!
It took them 5 months to come look at a broken window (that still hasn't been fixed). Proper pre-property checks are also not carried out - such as the heating system not performing properly, and then refusing to service the boiler even though it hadn't been serviced in over 10 years!!
Sales team are nice enough (as sales people usually are). However, it's clear the management of the company is poor due to a lettings exec calling me up at 7.30pm on a Friday night franctically trying to sort paperwork. Oh yes, they can be urgent when it suits them!!
If you are looking to rent with them, AVOID CHANCELLORS.

Excellent experience with Chancellors, and our agent Louise Dabbagh. She found us options for what we were looking for, made the apppintments to fit our schedule and kept us up-to-date along the way. She has stayed in contact throughout our letting to be sure that all is going well. Would definitely recommend.

Samuel was amazing from start to finish, keeping us updated on our tenancy progress by calling or emailing every day. I haven't had such excellent customer service from any other estate agent before, it felt very genuine; very happy we chose Chancellors! Likewise, we also spoke to Miira a couple of times who was just as great. They made the usually dreadful experience a breeze, 10/10.
