Professional, polite, and efficient from start to finish. From the moment Mark stepped into our home to value it, and discuss selling it, he was friendly and knowledgeable, but more importantly he listened to our views, ideas and opinions (we’d had a run of estate agents giving us sales spiel and showing us pictures of what we already knew for ourselves from looking at on-line house sale websites). Mark and his team arranged photos, the EPC, and the sales brochure in record time, despite us being very picky about the photos and words to be used! Mark arranged and attended the viewings on our behalf, and our house sold on its first day of viewings! The determination of Charlotte to push through the completion, juggling calls and emails from solicitors, the buyers, and ourselves was incredible. It took just 12 weeks from the acceptance of sale to completion, which was incredible given that we’d been warned by many estate agents that it usually takes between 5 and 6 months!... Read more
