What to say about Surridge Mison...they may have just saved my sanity during the process of moving homes. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. From the very first meeting, Wendy was warm and personable, making everything seem very simple. Too good to be true when it comes to estate agents? Not this time. Wendy's knowledge of the market meant we sold our house in five days. But it was the aftercare of our house selling that has stood out the most. Wendy went above and beyond week after week to keep things moving and provide caring, clear and informative updates on a chain that was sometimes infuriating. I've recommended Wendy and the agency to lots of people already and although I'm not planning to move again any time soon, if I did, I'd call Wendy straight away.

They have all been amazing throughout the whole process
Right through the valuation, booking an amazing professional photographer, then securing a buyer, and an offer that we were very happy with.
We were kept informed of the sale progression at all times, being open and honest, with us at all times
We were involved in a long chain at the top, and Wendy kept us involved, taking ownership of the numerous issues the top of the chain, and took charge, taking the stress from us

Wendy Mison’s detailed knowledge of the local market which was well presented enabled us to offer the property at a higher price than we had anticipated.
We had a buyer within a week of the property being marketed and when that person proved unable to sell her own property and we re-marketed the house, again we had a buyer within a week.

We bought a house advertised through Mison West with the purchase completing in Dec '22 and my experience of dealing with Wendy was just excellent.
Throughout our search for a home we dealt with numerous estate agents from multiple agencies including on an earlier purchase that fell through. Overall those experiences were pretty poor, and I'd say even contributed to the first house falling through.
We started looking again, and saw the house we ended up purchasing on Rightmove. It was in the 'wrong' area and the sole reason we ended up looking a the house was the incredible photo's Mison West had taken. After looking round we fell in love with the house and put an offer in.
Unlike previous estate agents Wendy stayed in close touch with both ourselves and the sellers and was really excellent with her communication ensuring everyone was on the same page and knew exactly what was going on. She was proactive in chasing solicitors and pretty much single handedly ensured that we managed to make our completion date after a number of complications.
I can honestly say that my experience of dealing with Mison West was head and a shoulders above any other agency in the area.

Firstly if I could give 10 stars I would! Wendy has been by far the best estate agent I have dealt with. Nothing is ever a trouble and continuously went above and beyond her roll to help us! Wendy was always there for me when I needed her and is very knowledgable when I had no idea what I was doing! I 100% trusted Wendy throughout the process, and she was there for me from start to finish and even now after the finish line! I can honestly say I have now gained a friend and estate agent for life !

Wendy is the dream estate agent. She is responsive, dedicated and professional. She made the whole process of buying a house so much easier and we trusted her which is paramount. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent when buying our property and our only regret is not knowing about her when we were selling! Well, what can I say?
I really don’t know where I’d be now without Wendy!
Nothing at all is too much trouble for her.
Office hours? What’s that?
We’ve communicated any day of the week - unheard of I hear you say?
If it hadn’t been for trying to view a property earlier in the year, I would probably never have heard of Wendy!
But I can assure you, everyone I know , and especially anyone who is considering house selling, now, has heard of Wendy! I recommend her to everyone. So much so, that although too late for helping my son and daughter in law with their sale, she’s on board for their purchase! Could there be a higher accolade?
From day one - viewing a property that ‘wasn’t for me’, despite her absolute professionalism, you can be forgiven for thinking you’re being guided through the highs and lows, the good and the bad of buying and selling property by a friend!
Wendy treats us all with such care, professionalism, empathy and understanding.
I would have been a complete nervous wreck with the awful experience I had with solicitors, if it hadn’t been for Wendy fighting my corner with me and for me!
I loved my home - and Wendy made sure it was found by someone who is going to love it as much.
Strange to think that one could still feel a need to make sure the right person becomes the next custodian of something you have put your heart into.
And then, I have been rather pre-occupied with a health issue that I forgot to check cupboards, and Wendy came to the rescue again!!
I hope Wendy has become a friend and I look forward to staying in touch!
And if nothing else I’d like her to see my next adventure!!

Wendy is the best agent around. She is very professional and understanding and spends as much time as required to ensure you get a service to suit you. She has accompanied all viewings on our property, meaning you do not need to get involved with this side of things, but at the same time she is more than happy to have you involved too. An added bonus is that she is available outside of the normal office hours and nothing is too much bother for her. To top it all she has got us an offer after the 2nd viewing. Got everything crossed that all goes smoothly and we will soon be off to our new home. Thanks Wendy

I would like to personally thank Wendy and her team in the efforts of selling our home. The last several months I have been going through a divorce which has resulted in an agreement that the family home would be sold and the proceeds divided. We have chosen to market the property during the COVID pandemic when it was difficult for viewings to take place. Wendy remained supportive, understanding and reassured us. During our discussions Wendy seem to know the market very well and what movement there was, even during the uncertainty. She advised a realistic target for sale and ensured I was kept up to date with viewings. Wendy would also give sufficient amount of notice for viewings and keep them together to cause less disruption in the home.
