We decided to try Beaulieu Estates after having had our house on the market for several months with another agent. It became clear they were in a different league from the very start, their photos and representation of our property were night and day compared to the agent we were with previously. We received several requests for viewings within hours of our house being online, all of which were ideally suited to the property we were selling. Rico and the team kept us updated with everything on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had quickly, which was ideal with my wife and I working full-time. I cannot recommend Beaulieu Estates enough, they made everything incredibly easy for us and I’d use them time and time again.

Beaulieu Estates handled our recent house sale, and they could not have been more professional, hard working, and personable.
Frankly, if all estate agents followed their lead, the whole industry would have a dramatic uptick in its reputation!
Our sale was incredibly challenging with months of delays due to the lower chain, and Beaulieu Estates went over and above to try and resolve issues and ensure that we were kept well informed of developments. It felt like they were the only proactive agents involved in the chain.
We honestly believe that if it wasn't for their proactivity and dilligence that the whole chain would have collapsed and we are incredibly thankful for all their hard work, and that we chose them in the first place.
Both Connor and Chandler did a brilliant job throughout the transaction, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
What they provide is more of a personal touch, which makes all the difference when you are going through something as stressful as a house move.
We wouldn't consider using any other agents.

Beaulieu Estates recently sold my Flat under their affiliate Company Springfield Estates. I then also purchased my new House from them too.
From start to finish I can’t fault a thing. Chandler gave me excellent advice from the off and despite the local market being flooded with 2 bed flats, he sold my property within 3 weeks.
Their Photographer is also excellent and the images they used to market my property were head & shoulders above the others on Rightmove too, which I’m sure contributed to our quick sale.
Lastly, a special mention to Charlotte who stayed on top of our sale & purchase and followed their progress from start to finish, ensuring any arising issues were dealt with quickly & efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beaulieu Estates & their Affiliate Businesses to anyone looking to Buy or Sell in the Chelmsford area. Well done Team!

I used Chandler and the excellent staff at Beaulieu Estates to sell my house in Chelmer Village via their affiliate business Chelmer Village Estates. Chelmer Village Estates sold my house in under 10 days. The guys and girls at Chelmer Village Estates were superb the whole way through from the first minute to the last. They made the whole process effortless and were always one step ahead whenever I spoke to them (which to be fair to them wasn’t required that often). Beaulieu Estates took on the sale of my property and I was very pleased with their performance, Chandler in particular "sold the sizzle not the sausage". In other words he enabled the potential viewer to look at how the house could suit them and their family, not just walk them round a series of rooms and out the front door.Showed the house of to it's potential.
They also provided good communication and kept me up to date with viewers and offers.
Would certainly recommend them.

It's not often one Estate Agent will write a review for another, but honestly, The Beaulieu team have been awesome, I've been involved in a complicated chain with the Beaulieu team at the top, their communication has been amazing and helped hugely in moving the chain forward and getting the exchange completed today. Both Charlotte and Chandler have been really helpful and im thankful to have had them involved in the chain! - 5* is a perfect way to describe them! amazing work, great team, and huge help!

We unfortunately lost out on another property and with increased mortgage rates we needed to find somewhere quickly to ensure we didn’t miss out on our existing rate. Chandler was exceptionally fast at sorting out multiple viewings in a short space of time (with assistance from some amazing vendors might I add) and his knowledge of the area, properties and a genuine passion to help people cannot be praised higher. He is not only a credit to the company, but a credit to the profession, could not be happier with the service provided!

When we put the offer for the property and spoke to our mortgage broker advisor they said to us: “we will be on your side and the estate agent will be on the seller’s side”! We felt that the treatment we received from Beaulieu Estate management was incredibly fair and they were not only on the seller’s side!
Chandler was fantastic from start to finish, very flexible with our demands and trying to help us with so many questions related to the house and the local area too! He recommended us an amazing solicitor too! Charlotte and Rico were also great ! Thank you all for your great support during the purchase of our house!

I cannot fault Beaulieu Estates in any way. The service from Chandler in selling our house was exceptional, he really went above and beyond. We had meetings with multiple agents in Chelmsford before deciding on Beaulieu. None of the other agents showed any of the personal care that they did, which is expected as a lot are big chains instead of small family owned agents. We put our trust in Chandler and we’re glad we did, as he delivered everything he promised and more. Viewings in the evenings and on Sundays were not an issue in order to get our house sold. Also a special thank you to Charlotte, who managed our sale and coordinated the whole process with solicitors and the rest of our chain all the way to completion. I highly recommend

Could not fault Beaulieu Estates one bit. Chandler was the agent selling the property we have just purchased and he was so helpful, friendly and informative the whole way through the process. We rented a house with Beaulieu Estates and have come away very disappointed. A large towel radiator fell of the wall of the bathroom trapping my 9 yr old son on the floor. It weighed over 40 kilos and was attached to plaster board with 4 screws. pipes ruptured and we would have been flooded had not my kind neighbour saved the day with his plumbing skills. The landlord did nothing to repair the damage despite many requests to Beaulieu. When we moved out, we tried to ask for our deposit back but we were told that the landlord was away on business and the manager of Beaulieu was on holiday. I phoned five times and was just told that there was nothing to be done and that I would have to wait. We moved out nearly a month ago and we still haven't had our deposit back as the landlord now wants us to pay for the radiator that fell off the wall. I feel like Beaulieu couldn't care less. When I told that I would write this review they just said, "Yeah, do it." Forget these people.
