When looking at selling we wanted to ensure that we got the best price and quickest sale, but our house like I am sure many others was very important to us, and we have spent happy years there. So, we wanted to also make sure it was represented in the best possible way. Jane Mann was our agent backed up by Janet Hockley and what a team, they exceeded our expectations in so many ways, responsive, professional and more importantly fun to work with. When I initially met Jane from Beresfords I instantly knew she was the right person to market my property. Her professional, friendly and realistic approach to the current market gave me every confidence she would sell my property...and she did, in a matter days in fact.
I have to add the progression of the sale was not the easiest by any means. It was complicated and lengthy due to the pandemic, but I always felt in good hands throughout the process as Jane always had things under control. She has a air of calmness in her approach and knows what she is doing at every stage which in turn gives you the confidence that she will handle the situation. I have lost count the amount of times I called her over the past months but I never felt that I couldn’t!
Not only would I say that I highly recommend Jane to market your property successfully but I can honestly say I have found a friend in Jane, in fact now we are coming to the end of the sale I will miss her. Lovely lady, knowledgeable agent and works so hard to get the right result.

Helen & Jane were very helpful with our purchase in Stock, we were buying from very difficult vendors, who were certainly not forth coming with some legal information that we were requesting about our new home. However, the girls at Beresfords worked their magic enabling us to move in right on top of Christmas. I realise now that an Estate Agents job is not just selling a property, you need that people skill and negotiation skill to help both buyers and Vendors, and they have have certainly got that. Even when we moved in Helen was their to help us. (This was a very big move for us, we moved from the east end of London and wanted to be somewhere semi rural with a community feel) so Thank you for being at the end of the phone girls Eve, Grey & Billy the doggie
