We were fortunate enough to find colubrid estate agents when we were looking to sell our home. Colubrid were an extremely accommodating company to deal with. Selling your house can be a very stressful experience but Colubrid were so good at taking away any unnecessary stress. We were given a very friendly and professional team of estate agents (Josh Morel and Tony Harper) and between them they ensured that any questions or queries we had were answered straight away. They were very good and communicating with us and finding out how we wanted our experience to be. They made sure that we felt listened to and valued as a customer and ensured that we were contacted only in the ways that we specified so that viewings and communication did not encroach too much on our family or work time. They are always friendly and accommodating whenever we speak to them and they are fast to resolve any queries or issues that may arise. We have had such a positive experience with this company and will be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be using them again in future if we need to.

We had not previously heard of Colubrid when we had our house valued earlier this year but were recommended them via the GetAgent site (along with two other more established agents covering the wider area). From the very first meeting with Mark and numerous follow ups with branch manage, Joshua, we could tell they were quite different to your typical estate agents. Reassuring, professional, candid, very personable and we are pleased to say they helped as achieve a sale price we were happy with. Joshua kept was able to keep us up to date with interest and provided sound advice and strategy. If you are looking to list in the CV area, you could not go far wrong by asking them for a valuation.

We completed our purchase with Colubrid Chelmsford. They were always very helpful, and really invested in getting us to completion. Josh Morel was particularly helpful in dealing with a challenge that arose and managed to get the whole chain onboard. Without this, I’m not sure we would have been able to complete in time for Christmas, or people may have pulled out! They’re all very professional and have been great. Can’t thank them enough.
