Belvoir started trading in 2009 in Basingstoke and rapidly gained an enviable reputation, winning a number of national awards for customer service. We gave the team at Belvoir a difficult task of selling 2 homes in order but 1, a difficult journey around Covid but they absolutely came through and were relentless in their efforts, loads of viewings initially so a good effort, enthusiastic sales team and a real credit. I pushed them hard but they did a fabulous job against all the odds.
The rest are not worth considering, Belvoir closed the deal on both properties.

I’d like to thank everyone at Belvoir for all of the help and hard work that was put in to helping us by our first home! I’d like to give a special mention to Natalie! Natalie is incredibly helpful and dedicated and always kept us in the loop which I was so thankful for. I genuinely believe that without all of her efforts and chasing she did on our behalf to overcome the obstacles we faced I don’t think the purchase would’ve gone through when it did. Belvoir Basingstoke took over the management of this property I was renting from another letting company. I found them to be helpful, friendly and professional in all my dealings with them. I have recently moved out from this property and Shahida who carried out the checkout was extremely thorough and professional throughout, and paid me a great compliment in the condition I had left the property, resulting in a full refund of my deposit. I wouldn’t hesitate in renting through them again

They wouldn't mind you die just to keep their job safe speaking of the directors first.

After attending more than 5 times they failed to fix our extractor hood. It fall down on top me and my wife. Luckily I was the only one with head concussion from it and my wife was safe.

They didn't even apologies at all. After requesting an explanation they even blamed us for it!!!

Also don't believe in their lies if they says our contractor is 20 years and so experienced. He used plasters to secure a metal to the celling. Check photos

Think of your families safety before trying to take a property from Belvoir.

It has been two month since we left the house and still haven't got our deposit back!

I have all documents and all the evidence if anyone interested.

Belvoir lettings team have been managing our houses for over 10 years and I can highly recommend their super efficiency and professionalism in all area. We have enjoyed, and continue to do so, worry free letting.
When we decided to sell, the sales team was the obvious choice. The sales team, Jamie in particular, gave excellent advice on our individual needs and requirements, showed superb professionalism, kept us informed every step of the way to a successful sale. Given the current situation, that was no men feat.

I can only start this review by saying that Tracey from Belvoir is a real asset without any doubt!
We had a viewing booked with her and we were pleasantly surprised when we meet her and saw how nice she was.
Everything went nice and smooth and she explained everything we needed to know about the process and what that involves.
