I have been with Belvoir for just about a year now. I was previously with Leaders. So far the difference in quality of service is remarkable.

You only learn about how good a service is when things go wrong. Unfortunately I have had a few maintenance issues lately. Belvoir have gone out of their way to resolve these issues. They get involved with the investigation themselves whereas Leaders seem to just send a contractor in whose interest is to find something wrong and charge the highest price for putting it right.

When I queried something with Belvoir it was properly investigated and my reading of the situation was found to be correct. Leaders always appeared to be defensive.

Two years on I would say that, although everything hasn’t been perfect I generally consider that Belvoir try to look after my interests as a landlord but also want a fair deal for the tenant.

I've been renting in Southampton for 4 years, and Belvoir has honestly provided the best service (compared to the other agencies I've used). The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They have an online portal to report maintenance and they seem to always respond quickly. I would definitely recommend Belvoir as a letting agency. I greatly appreciate the service I've experienced so far.

We have been renting with Belvoir for 1.5 years and we have had a great experinece! Professional and responsive if any repairs need doing. What I truly enjoyed is that they always offer you an option to either be there for the repair or give the handymen the key so no need to take a day off work just to let the repair team in. When we are ready to start looking to purchase our own property, I hope we will be able to find a house through Belvoir as well!
