Hello, I haven't had hot water for two months, I'm without hot water with two small children, Romance can't fix the problem. This is terrible, I would never use this company again. I pay 1500 pounds regularly every month I live at 7 cutting drive if anyone doesn't believe they can come and check. My family feels terrible, suppressed, and rejected. I think I will seek my rights in court. If anyone can help with advice I would be very grateful.

I just recently let me property through Romans. Everything went very smoothly. Nicola is very dedicated with her work, very polite, professional and helpful. She has an in depth knowledge of rental properties in Basingstoke. She came to visit the property even on her day off and advised me about rental price around the area. She didn’t even charge extra cost for the key cuttings. She was just very helpful in every possible way. She would go above and beyond to help her client.
In the same way, Mya and Ninda were also very informative, supportive and kept us updated in timely manner until the tenant moved in. Thanking you all!
