Really nice customer service, very well presented considering we're in a pandemic and I couldn't do the viewing in person.
They gave me a welcome pack as well.
the only bad side is that the house wasn't properly cleaned and the bins where almost full from the previous tenants but that's probably not the state agent's fault.

Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Our rental agreement was transferred over to Belvoir with no notes provided of the change of rent date or pet provisions previously agreed. Each issue raised has taken months to resolve or been cancelled without warning and part way through before resolution. When viewing a property with an agent at Belvoir he spent more time telling us why other agencies were bad than trying to sell the property. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell I would highly recommend looking for someone else.

And was so pleased with the whole service, advice and professionalism from start to finish. They made the whole process so easy. The cost was very competitive. A fantastic service from start to finish, we have been renting a property for the last 15 years so it was a sad day when we were told we had to find somewhere else to live. Our previous property was rented through Belvoir and Daniel was always friendly and extremely helpful. When we spoke to Daniel about finding another property, and my anxiety regarding finding one in the same area we are already in, which is extremely difficult. He made me feel reassured and I felt he took the worry of me, he then introduced me to Shaz one of his colleagues. From day one he was amazing, friendly and listened to my concerns. He as handled our situation professional throughout, but gave me a feeling that he really cares. I know they must deal with a lot of clients but when I spoke to both Shaz and Daniel I felt that my situation was the only one that matters and that it was important to them as much as me and my family. I have lived in rented properties for 15 years and have used 4-5 letting agents in the past but none compare to the service provided by Shazad and his team. Effortless from beginning to end. Highly unusual for letting agents to simply return phone calls but this was never a issue nor did I ever have to chase. I came to this estate agents to rent a property.
At first they was fantastic and very helpful.
But I later found that they had allowed myself and my 2 year old to move into a property with 2 abusive landlords that own GRMJ Properties, a heating system that's wasn't acceptable by myself and environmental health standards, damp problems and then 2 month into the tenancy myself and my infant would then go 3 months without hot water and after contacting them and asking them to help me find a new property they never contacted me back.
The property had many many other problems.
I moved out of the Abbey Crescent Property and I made the agency aware that all the problems was still there, they seem to show concern but the property was put straight onto the market even with the agency knowing that the landlords are abusive and they left me and my infact 3 months with no hot water and that environmental health had confirmed the property needs to have alot of work done it. I am sad to learn the concern from this company wasn't actually genuine.
And after the angry and depression they knew I went though they still put the property on the marker for all of the next tenants to live in the same conditions as the landlords refuse to fix the property even with an infants living there.
I asked to make a complaint when I called but they did not tell me the complaints system.

Selling a family home of nearly 50 years was never going to be easy, but Becky & Sue helped a lot. They were our one constant source of information and help throughout a rather long, and at times frustrating (for them as well as us) process. They are polite & professional. They listen to what you say & genuinely care.
