I have used the team at Belvoir to sell 2 flats recently and their service was superb. I had offers on both within weeks and both completed effortlessly with great coms from Sue in the office regarding progress and chasing up. One property was way out of town but they still did the accompanied viewings and I really just left everything to their capable hands! Very highly recommended and I will certainly use them again myself in future.

I received the keys for my first house today and have had the pleasure of dealing with Sue and Vicky throughout the process - without them this would not have been possible!! We have let our property out with Belvoir for the past 8 years and I have always found them to be very helpful. We decided to sell our property and our contact with regards the sale was Sue. Sue was extremely helpful, more so than my own solicitor at times. She kept us updated throughout the sale and I know she worked hard for our purchasers as well. It was all handled in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Been searching for the last month for a property to rent been let down a few times by agents not returning calls or emails.
I contacted Belvour in Oldham about a property the manager Vicky rang me back straight away was able to view the property the same day put my application in that day and had the keys 2 days later
Nothing was to much trouble and really felt they were giving 100% to help. Cant recomend them highly enough Fantsstic customer service

I recently sold a property through Belvoir in Oldham. We were struggling with a bereavement so the support we received from Belvoir, in particular branch manager Vicky, was so appreciated. From the beginning, Vicky sorted everything for us, leaving us free to grieve. Belvoir sold the property very quickly and I can honestly say, we had a totally stress free experience. The sale was seamless, we got over our asking price, and the contracts were exchanged without any issues. The interaction with all the staff was amazing, they are a lovely bunch of staff who go out of their way to make selling and buying a pleasant experience. With regard to the charges, we were astounded at how reasonable they were, for all the work they did. We were given a price of costs at the beginning and this was honoured. There were no surprises of additional costs.
In summary I would recommend this company very highly, as a person who is not familiar with these dealings, I am truly amazed at how easy Belvoir made the process.

Many thanks to Vicky, Becky, Sue and all the team at Belvoir. The listing looked great and was up on Zoopla 24hrs after the valuation. It sold for the full asking price two weeks later. The whole experience was nice and easy with knowlegeable staff always at hand to deal with any enquiries. Could not recomend highly enough.
I can also recommend them on the rental side. Any issues are always delt with quickly and efficiently by the ever excellent Vicky Smallwood.

This is the first time I've rented thru an Estate Agent and I really didn't know what to expect.
