Well what can I say about Reeds & Rains, first off I was with another big estate agent in Manchester & they did not sell my house much time wasted,
then I had an initial meeting with Dominic a very nice person after our meeting I decided to give Reeds & Rain a go,
If you are reading this review you will not be disappointed with anyone in the office, they were all a delight to speak to and they all could answer my questions when I contacted them,
Now I want to personally thank Katie she was my main contact during this sale, she has been an absolute super star, she has been on top of my sale from the start to now the finish, chasing the buyer to his solicitor
Honestly I cannot say enough abut the hard work & dedication from Katie,

Our first contact with Reeds and Rains, Didsbury was through Dominic. He is so competent at what he does. He explained the whole process in detail and was also willing to listen to our views and opinions. He started the marketing of our property without any delay and within a matter of weeks we had a serious buyer.

The staff who accompanied prospective buyers were also courteous and respected the rules of our house.

Now, one staff member that every Estate Agent should have is Elly. Once our property was on the market, it was Elly who was our contact in the office. She is so good at what she does and even our buyer was amazed at how helpful she is. Any problems we ever had, even in buying our next property, she was willing to advise and smooth things.

Initially, my property spent six months on the market with another Didsbury agent. Whilst there was interest I received only one very low offer and consequently removed the property from the market. Two months later, I met with Kimberley at Reeds and immediately I knew I should have instructed them originally. Professional, friendly and above all, they kept me informed at all times throughout the process. We held the open house ten days after the property went back on the market and within days I had several offers. These offers were for much more than it was on the market for with the previous agent.

I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Reeds. The process, from initial instruction to accepting an offer was so swift. They did exactly what they told me they would do and they helped me achieve a much better result than I could have expected. Thank you Reeds!

excellent service!!! The property was initially handled by a large firm in Didsbury for months, and no progress, and they try to push for a low offer. Then I decided to switch to Reeds Rains which is very professional and got a very good offer (buyer as well) for sale. Now the sale is close to completion, everything was perfect. And the lady Katie in RR was super helpful.

We have recently purchased our first family home through Reeds Rains in Didsbury and wish to state how cooperative and helpful they have been throughout the whole process. In particular our point of contact Elly Roberts was very great to deal with. She kept us fully updated throughout the whole transaction and proved to be very proactive and approachable with any queries we had, even ensuring any issues were resolved outside of her working day.

Very helpful agency, made finding the right home as stress free and smooth as possible. The staff are all really helpful and nice. The bookings for viewings were smooth, punctual and at reasonable time frames within each other. Callum took care of all my paperwork for my new apartment and has been really helpful with my move in. If there was any feedback to give is to give a slightly faster notice in case of anything important that might come up during the application process, since my move-in was delayed, but I was told a bit late so had to do some last minute planning. Other than that though everything was very smooth and pleasant! Would definitely recommend this agency.

One of the worst agents you can hire as a Landlord. Unfortunately, Google does not have a rating below 1.

They are poor in communication, require a lot of chasing, overcharge, miss important details that cost financial losses to the landlords and do not get back until chased many times.

I am speaking as a Landlord. Imagine what the tenants go through? When I put my flat independently on gumtree, I get more inquiries than advertising through reeds rains Liverpool. This is because they don't return or respond to potential tenants queries on time and as a Landlord you don't have that visibility, so you keep thinking that no one is interested in the property.

Apart from that, they do not maintain the property well, overcharge and delay payments to landlords.

Avoid if you don't want to throw your money away.

When we rented the flat everyone was so lovely, they helped us doing all the paperwork and get the keys very quickly. The problem is when you have an inconvenience, WE ARE WAITING SINCE 3 WEEKS AGO TO GET THE BOILER FIXED, with a 4 months old in the house!! This is insane!!! Actually they came to fix it, after 2 days the boiler was broken again!! Do not trust them, very disappointed!
