I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. Myself 2 flat mates have been tested positive with coronavirus and are due to move out on Tuesday 30th June. Obviously we have now been tested positive and have to self isolate therefore it is not possible for us to move out on the mentioned date. We have advised City Home we are unable to move out under the current guidelines. And they “advised” us to find alternative accommodation? ???? isn’t that defeating the purpose of self isolating??? Two years we’ve had to deal with this horrific company, this is just the icing on the cake. We have left previous reviews about the horrific experiences we’ve had and we’ve been begged by the manager Oli to take them down, with false promises made that things will improve. The way this company speak to you as a tenant, is completely unprofessional. We have video recordings of them screaming down the phone to us and telling us we’re wrong and that they know better. They bully us over the phone, actually made a flat make cry multiple times. It’s just emotional abuse. Oh also to point out, we told them multiple times we are not ok with people coming in to view the flat. Yet he advised we HAD to let them do it. So people came to view the flat and 2 weeks later we got tested positive with coronavirus. Even after we’ve been tested positive they are trying to tell us to leave and move new people in??? PLEASE AVOID FOR UR OWN PIECE OF MIND.

Having rented a flat from City Home for almost four years now, I can't recommend them enough.

I have a lot of time for City Home and the work they do; my letting agent Dom made the whole experience easy from the start, and the team were always there to help should I need anything. 5/5 stars. Would definitely consider them in the future for any of my letting or purchasing needs!

I put an offer to buy a flat and there is no direct number for sales team. After 3 days they told me the property was sold to someone else and they never kept me in loop to increase the bid! Extremely unhelpful and poor agent if you are selling. Poor poor poor
After I left this review contacted me to blackmail me to take my review off. Does not serve the seller and tries to blackmail buyers. AVOID

Great letting agent. Had no issues with the service throughout the tenancy; they were professional and extremely helpful at all times, unlike some agents I have dealt with previously. The moving out admin was easy and efficient, with an agent meeting us at the property to conduct the move out inspection, and the deposit return is simple. Can't recommend them enough.

Managed a number of properties for us in major cities over the years. Achieved a 25% higher rental income on both than other high street agents. Fantastic response time and friendly and all round great service. If you are looking for a higher yield and hassle free management City Home are your guys.
