Updated to say thanks to Rhianna, Kapil and the rest of the team and Black and Blanc for all their help and hard work in making sure our sale progressed smoothly and that we achieved our deadline!
We originally intended to sell our flat in Upper Norwood and Black and Blanc were taking care of the process. They found us a buyer quickly however the sale fell through (the buyer changed his mind). We decided to rent the flat out instead and Black and Blanc were happy to accommodate our changing plans. Black and Blanc found tenants very quickly and took care of the whole process for us. Our tenants are happy and so are we.
A big thanks to Kapil, Viktoria, Tayla and all the team.

Property was under offer quickly which is exactly what we were after. When the sale was getting a little “tricky” in the latter stages, Ellie really persisted with the buyer and made sure we could get completed and over the line by communicating a lot with the buyer and solicitor.
