After several months trying to sell with another agent but no luck we switched to JDM and noticed the difference immediately. The team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout and the process was smooth and well organised from managing viewings to finalising the sales process. A big thank you to the JDM team who made a normally painful process much easier than expected!

Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, allowing me to take all the time I needed to view each property thoroughly.<br>His communication was excellent; he always responded in a timely manner and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. What truly sets Dom apart, however, is how he went above and beyond for my family—he distracted my toddler during our viewings so I could focus on the details of the homes without distraction.<br>I highly recommend Dom to anyone looking for a dedicated, honest, and incredibly helpful estate agent.

22nd Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)I can only leave a 100% review as the property sold with 2 offers on the table with 1 week of being marketed. All this is a time when the property market is having all sorts of negative reports. Whats not to like?
12th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Update from previous review below: after so much hassle finally managed to complete our sale. I want to stress the fact that moat has been nothing but horrible. Anytime I wanted someone to chase their legal team I can never get anyone from moat to do this for me. Their response was 'Your solicitors need to do this' which obviously they have been however just never get any response or even get through the phone to them. Customer service is absolutely apauling and they have been nothing but difficult to get our sale sorted. Never go with moat or if you are dealing with these developers be prepared to be disappointed!<br><br>I been trying to get hold of the post sales team regarding our house sale and they have been nothing but a pain! Our solicitors haven't been able to get anywhere with them hence been trying to contact directly and Everytime you ring them, no one is available to take your call. You are told someone will get back to you in 5 days. It's an absolute joke!

Selling my house was such a smooth and stress-free experience, thanks to their professionalism and incredible support. They kept everything moving in a timely manner and made me feel valued and informed every step of the way. The team were friendly, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. If you’re looking for an estate agent that delivers outstanding results and service, this is the one. Absolutely brilliant!
27th Sep 2025 (23 weeks ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

We had the help of Rhianna and Georgia, they are outstanding, always easy to reach and going the extra mile to help the sale to happen. We can not recommend this state agency enough. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
