During the course of our sale we worked with various members of the team who demonstrated sensitivity and being up to date with developments. We had good advice and the sale made good time with Allen Heritage going "above and beyond" to assist some elements of the chain with on line applications. Thank You. We do not live in the area although if we did, we would definitely use Allen Heritage again ... ah ... just remembered we said we'd never move again ...

However, we eventually completed the sale and purchase which went very smoothly. Hannah & James were extremely helpful throughout the process and also chasing the buyer to eventually get the mortgage of the place.

I was supported by Jake at Bairstow eves, Shirley throughout the process. He was professional, supportive, patient and answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain or stupid. Nothing was too much. He made a difficult and scary process easier and gave the time to listen and assist and teach me along the way. I would recommend Bairstow eves as an estate agents who support you through selling your house in a positive and stress free way and would definitely use them again. He's kept in touch, offered advice, answered my questions to the best of his ability, getting those he didn't have immediate answers for and was extremely helpful when it came to arranging my viewing. he's been very professional and courteous throughout.

29th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Selling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job—always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. If I had to sell another property, I would definitely appoint Black and Blanc again.

As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.

I really want to thank the star and angel that is Amanda for tirelessly working to help us get our first home. There were times when we thought we wouldn’t get it but Amanda kept our hopes up and gave us an incredible amount of support. The house buying process (especially as first timers) is not easy but having this estate agents representing us made it a little bit more pleasant. Special shout out to Holly for jumping in also. In our review of potential agencies, we found that most of the larger firms were more focused on signing us to their books rather than supporting us through such a significant decision in our lives and the next step forward. 17th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I tried 3 local estate agents but they did nothing but waste my time sending people round that haven’t even got there mortgage in place yet just to make there figures look good you would think it would be the best way to go to your local estate agent but obviously not I AM Real are fantastic arranged viewings with the appropriate buyers there always kept in touch with daily updates sold my house couldn’t recommend these people enough such helpful and lovely people Beverley Cannings
