Can i take the time to say thanks to Tina who was my contact at Blue Satin Tina made time to listen to me as what i was expecting from the sale's, valuation and rental agreement also Tina made time to give me some advise which i did not get this from my lawyers and she went way out to help me. Blue Satin Homes have managed our property for about nine years. We have no reason to complain at all. We find the staff always willing to help and we receive prompt attention each time we call. The property is well managed, accounts are rendered timely and with integrity. I have had very bad experience with these agents. Leaving a review so that it might help others to take a better decision and not land into same issue I had. The earlier reviews with 4-5 stars are all from their own people. They are most unprofessional right from the beginning and difficult to reach out when needed.... Read more
