Highly recommend the services of The Crystal Peaks Team of Blundells. Sam mainly dealt with the purchase of my new house which had lots of changes in the chain throughout she was professional, efficient and always on hand with any queries. Sue Pope was my mortgage advisor for my first house purchase. She made the whole process stress-free and straightforward. She was always available to answer questions, even on holiday, and she chased up both Solicitors and Estate Agents, checking in with me regularly, to keep me updated. Her advice was brilliant, explaining everything in detail, so I could make informed decisions. She is both friendly and professional and I would recommend her to anyone, wishing to buy, or remortgage a property.

There aren’t enough stars to rate the service received from Sarah, Rebecca, Jasmine and Chris. Surpassed other estate agents I had my house on the market with in terms of number of viewings, regular updates, advice on best marketing options, quick to update photos when needed to generate more viewings. Quality of photos were excellent. I didn’t feel just like a ‘number’ in terms of a sale, they genuinely were interested in us a family and fully understood our needs and urgency to sell. I couldn’t recommend this branch highly enough.

We've just sold our home with Blundells and have been extremely pleased with the service we have received. Everyone who we have dealt with from the Crystal Peaks office have been really friendly, approachable and professional. We have been extremely impressed with how quickly our home went on the market from the initial valuation, taking photographs and getting it online - it feels like the team really work together to get things moving. We were so pleased to be receiving interest and viewings straightaway and continued to do so. Marvellous experience with the Blundells team! I recently bought a buy to let property in the local area. The Crystal Peaks branch helped me from start to finish. Sue, the mortgage advisor has a great amount of experience and knowledge. Rebecca, the lettings manager is a credit to the Blundells family. Sue Pope who works at the crystals peaks branch is an amazing lady, she helped me and my partner get our first mortgage 2 years ago. She was really helpful from start to finish and kept us updated every step of the way. Avoid at all costs!
Utterly useless at selling houses and communication.
Swapped to different agent after 3 months stagnant with blundells-
New agent managed to sell our house for a higher price in less than 48 hours!

I can’t thank Katie and Paul at Blundells enough. After having our house on the market with another agent for a few weeks, interest had dried up. We then found a house we fell in love with that was on the market with Blundells. I asked Katie, who showed us around the house, if she would put our house on the market as well. She was very helpful and arranged for Paul to come, value and get our house on the market. He was friendly and professional and was able to answer all our questions and made us feel confident in putting the market on with a second agent. Within hours of signing up, Katie had phoned around and got us 4 viewings. Within a week, we had another 5 viewings arranged and sold our house through Blundells and our offer on the house we fell in love with was accepted! They were regularly in touch and were happy to answer all my queries.
