We have recently sold our property through Blundells, and the service has been great.
Leanne Reynolds completed the valuation and provided detailed information and a breakdown of moving costs. Once we agreed to sell our property with Blundells, the process was swift and organised.
Within a week, we received an offer, and with the support of Emily Ward, we were able to accept a guide price offer.
I can't fault the service and would recommend Blundells to anyone who is considering selling their home.

We would never considered been involved with a property purchase with Blundells again. Dreadful service from start to finish . From the moment we gave them an offer on the property to the day we pulled out I don’t believe anyone there had a clue what was happened with issues we was facing . Particularly was met with rude attitude and a complete disregard for customer service by samatha , who just lied to us weekly. We made contact with the seller in the end , who was again completely unaware of the issues been caused by Blundells and was also been lied to . In the end just pushing us to withdraw from the purchase.
After purchasing another property from another local estate agent this has highlighted how much of a very poor service Blundells offered. A complete contrast to the way bell and co operate .

Disappointing. Great service to get my property rented out at the beginning. Year 2 annual payment due and dropped off their system so have had to chase this myself even though nearly £3,000 has been taken in management fees. Don’t do this often but thought this was well worth the review. William and Elissa were simply fantastic to interact with.
I was half hour late and despite being last hour of a Friday and in to the evening, both of them were keen on helping me understanding the processes and allowed me to view the house.
Elissa worked with me up until 18:45 to reassure me and inform in detail the process of build my first house.

Going through Blundells has been a great experience for finding a new place to rent.Taylah Ripley from the Crystal Peaks branch was very helpful with any questions and liaised with the landlord with prompt correspondence. We received all relevant information and were send a link to a great online home move assistant service to help set up all the bills! I would thoroughly recommend Blundells based on my experience, they even gave a great little “home move box” with lots of vouchers and little freebies. I called several times and also left a voicemail only for the staff to turn around and not provide any reasonable explanation of why I was ignored and nobody got back to me. I originally called up and got a viewing within a few hours which was rather impressive to start with. I spoke with Taylor who was very friendly and professional on the phone, during the viewing I was greeted with some friendly faces who showed both me and my brother around the property I had raised a few small issues which were resolved instantly after they had spoken with the landlord.
The referencing process was started the next day and emails between myself and the staff member named Taylah where replied to very quickly which shows a very high level of professionalism in my opinion.
Unfortunately towards the end I was unable to take up the property and Taylah had offered to find somewhere else should I like the opportunity I really cannot fault this company and I'm not really sure why they have a few negative reviews, from my experience they've been spot-on from start to finish.

We can't rate them enough! We had quite a stressful process during our house purchase due to the lack of communicating from our solicitors. I really don't know what we would have done without Charly, she helped us though the whole process and kept us informed constantly when our solicitor failed to do so. She kept chasing for us to get the process sped up as much as she could. Shes really good at what she does, and such a friendly person too! The staff here have been absolutely superb with the sale of my mums house. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone but especially Charly who at every point offers as much help as she can regardless of the query, all the time!
I do not live near my mum and so when instructing Blundell’s I asked for them to look after her throughout the process as she is 77 and needed help with transport. The staff here simply came to her house and did it all there!! They are all friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

My property was placed on the market in Dec 2014 and a sale was agreed within weeks.
Unfortunately, soon after a serious incident occurred involving my property with a vehicle impact causing extensive damage.
Little did I know at the time that this would result in an 18 month dispute with the drivers insurance company resulting in my loss of sale. Throughout this difficult period, Blundells continued to support me in providing the necessary information as requested. After finally winning the legal battle with the drivers insurance company, several months elapsed whilst the property was being renovated to its original high standard. Blundells maintained their involvement in providing a very efficient and professional service throughout and the house was placed on the market once again.
Thought every stage of the process, totalling 785 days, I was updated continuously by Chris (Sales Negotiator) who provided me with all the information and kept me well informed on a regular basis. Every aspect of the house sale from start to finish was handled by Blundells superbly and I cannot praise them or thank them enough for their excellent customer service. Definitely worth using if you are in this part of Sheffield. Thank you once again to Chris and the team!

After renting a house with Blundells for the past year we can safely say it will be the first and last house we do so with them. Their service has been absolutely appalling. Were have been left in a house with multiple leaks and problems that no one has bothered to come out to fix. When they have sent someone out, they have only made the problems worse and left it in a state.
They're has been numerous leaks due to burst water pipes after plumbers came to 'fix' the shower etc. Even after water has been gushing through the ceiling where the fuse box is located, no one has been to fix it. Trying to get in touch with Blundells is almost impossible at times and when they say they will call you back, they rarely do.
After many other problems and spending the last 6 weeks of living there with no hot water or electricity downstairs they have the cheek to not only refuse to pay any of the deposit back, but to also ask for more money on top of that due to mould, rent etc. I would highly recommend staying well clear of Blundells as they are utterly useless.
