Never again with these. Hope you’re not in a hurry if you go with Blundells. Excuses and lies from them. First of all they’ll tell you to use their recommended solicitors as it cuts out the middle man and keeps everything in house so it gets completed quicker. Oh and the price they tell you for the solicitors lol nearly triple.(Don’t get me started on the solicitors). Then you have to drip feed every bit of information they need. They ask you for information or proof of something, you then provide it, a week later they ask you for something else. They can’t just give you a list of things you need to provide, no that would be silly wouldn’t it. It’s drip feed and then drip feed some more. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity.... Nathan was always available, supportive and willing to find out what was happening. When he left, Debbie stepped in and was very proactive giving me regular updates in a friendly way.
