Great service as ever. We’ve let our property with this branch for over 9 years now and every time we get a new the tenant in the branch sorts it all hassle free for us. This time Sienna looked after us really well, speedy and accurate communications getting our property turned around asap. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I have just rented a house with Blundells, and the service I received throughout the entire process was exceptional.
Daisy showed me around the property on a Saturday morning, and within an hour of the viewing, she had contacted me, discussed my application with the landlord, and arranged the holding deposit.
The referencing process was completed within a few days, and I was given a move-in date just two weeks later. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I can't thank Daisy and the team enough for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Ms Taylah Ripley, of Blundell's Estate Agents, Woodseats, was extremely helpful throughout our search for a property to let. We had previously enquired about a property, which proved to be unsuitable for us. Ms Ripley subsequently telephoned and brought the availability of another property to our attention. Ms Ripley arranged a viewing for us very quickly. She was always friendly, helpful and highly professional and went out of her way to provide us with every possible assistance throughout the process of arranging the tenancy. We are very grateful to her.

Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.
