I cannot recommend Taylah highly enough. From start to finish, she made the process of renting out my property completely stress free. Chose Blundells out of a plethora of Estste Agents in Chapeltown. They all do the same. 6 and a half months later we moved! None of it Blundells fault so they well and truly earned their fee. Thanks again, you put up with so much in those months. Would definitely choose again... BUT... won't be moving again EVER!! ????????????

Great service from all the team at Blundell’s. Special thank you to Paul, Katie, Tuguy and Amelia for their assistance with booking viewing and keeping me updated. They made the process extremely smooth and easy to do. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home

I have since moved out of the property - just wanted to give particular praise to Sienna, who handled nearly all of the associated admin. Always impressively quick to reply, organised, knowledgeable and friendly!
Very grateful - as anybody knows moving is a stressful time, so her professionalism and skill was very much appreciated.
Blundells acted as the letting agents for the property I am now living in - and every step of the way they were fantastic!
Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property.
Claudia handled getting the tenancy up and running incredibly smoothly - everything was done so fast and with great communication throughout.
And finally Helen was so kind as she took me through the tenancy documents and handed over the keys, and described the local area pointing out nice places to go even though I hadn't asked!
100% recommend these guys for renting, and thank you to all the team again!

I would 100% recommend purchasing through Blundells at White Lane Gleadless. Despite not being their client for selling our own property, Lisa went above and beyond to support my family during an exceptionally difficult conveyancing process in order to help not just me but her own vendors complete the chain. Incredibly efficient and clear communication, problem solving and honesty - which is all you can ask for. I would also like to thank her lovely colleagues for their roles in the process too, Emily & Will. An incredibly warm and welcoming team and it was great to meet them when picking up our keys yesterday. Thank you again for all your hard work and for being a part of getting us our forever home - we love it!

Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.
