Our experience with Caitlin Fisher at blundells was great. As first time renters, the process can seem quite daunting however, Caitlin really made sure to make everything easy to follow and was always happy to answer our many questions. All staff we met have been very friendly and helpful - very grateful to have had such nice people help us with our first home. Thank you :)

Sold my Nan house with the gleadless blundells. Dan was lovely was spot on with pricing was on the market in days!!. They sorted everything out weekly phone call from the team keeping me updated. First time selling a house and it was made so easy with the gleadless team. Would recommend them if you want a easy stress free sale. Thank you guys.

Would not recommend, lack of communication between agent and tenant when arranging visiting time and arrived with around 4 other groups of people viewing.<br>The pictures of the particular property did not match how it was in real life. Was told by the agent that the pictures of the house were old and the house had been modernised. This was false as the house was unkempt with rusty taps and the kitchen literally falling apart and floor boards lifting which was not highlighted.<br>False advertisement at its finest. Was in the property for approximately 2 minutes if that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.

Amelia has been brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had.
