When you have a house for sale they send you unsolicited mail frequently even though you ask them not to. If your that desperate for new property it shows how good you are attemping to poach against competitors for sales.

Katie the mortgage advisor is the best. The communication, professionalism and efficiency throughout the whole process was above and beyond. She made us feel welcome and is very reassuring as we are first time buyers. She would also respond to our calls and emails on the same day. We are so happy that we found her. We didnt use Blundells as our agent though, only Katie their mortgage advisor. Highly recommend!

After struggling to sell with a different agent, we switched to blundells. They were amazing, so helpful and friendly. They conducted viewings on our behalf while we were away so that we didn't lose interest, and we had a buyer in about a month.
We dealt with Abi at the beginning, then Chris for thr majority. Both these members of staff were amazing, I particularly want to mention Chris who was very patient and kind. I felt understood and supported throughout a difficult few months, and he worked so hard to keep everything on track and everybody happy.
We bought our new house through them too so it was good only dealing with one agent.
I highly recommend Blundells.

I recently started searching for a flat to rent in Sheffield with my partner as we are both beginning studies at the University of Sheffield at the end of this year. Not only was this agency the first to respond, but my letting agent, Millicent Morgan, was quick to provide large amounts of information on flats in the area based on our requirements. We found our ideal flat within 2 weeks and have started the rest of the paper work. Millicent helped make this process go smoothly and provided us lots of options which as a new renter is always a positive. Other letting agencys I reached out to 'politely' told me we were too early based on my move in date. This was not an issue for Millicent who got to work straight away. Overall a brilliant experience thus far and I hope this trend continues into the future.

Feel like it’s run and managed by a group of amoebas. No one seems to care or understand the basic premise of what their job is or what they’re supposed to be doing. My favourite example being a photo taken of a broken blind in the check in report they provided to us before we moved in. Description “broken blind”. Maybe fix the blind before we move in instead of documenting it… we have now moved out, having left the house in a better condition and having paid to have professionally cleaned. They still haven’t returned the deposit after 2 months and I have now had to raise a dispute with the deposit protection firm.

All the staff at blundells office were helpful, friendly and supportive. November was never an easy time to sell and all staff tried their best resulting in a sale before Christmas. Hayley was brilliant from the beginning in trying various ways to sell the property including open days, Katherine was kept me regular informed during the sale and Matthew was always helpful in cover when the other staff were not around.

We recently listed our property with Blundells after previously listing with another estate agent unsuccessfully. Within the first week we had 3 viewings one of which turned into an offer. Throughout the process from Leanne at valuation to Maisie and Emily during the viewing and bid process they have been excelllent.
