Blundslls have been helpful on each occasion when we have wanted face to face contact.
We prefer meeting at the office finding it less stressful than dealing through the Internet and have found all the staff we have dealt with patient and courteous. Highly satisfied.

Taylah Ripley (Lettings Manager) and the team did an outstanding job sourcing new Tenants for our rental property. The whole process was professional and friendly, with very good communication and prompt action. They demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market in general, and the area specifically, as well as the complex new legislation, which was reflected in an excellent Tenancy Agreement. Compared with several other Agents we have had experience of, Blundells are head and shoulders better than the rest. 10/10

Very disappointing experience. We paid a holding deposit and later received an email saying the landlord had chosen someone else. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.<br>Communication was very poor. Most of the time when I went to the office, the person who dealt with rentals wasn’t there. When I called, no one answered the phone.<br>What disappointed me the most was that there was no effort to help us after our application was unsuccessful. They could have said, “You’re looking in this area, we have another property nearby that might suit you,” but instead it felt like they just closed the case and moved on.<br>I feel like they are more focused on selling properties than renting them. Overall, I was left very disappointed with the level of customer service and would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

I used Blundells tenant find service in January this year to rent out a property!<br>They were very prompt in advertising & carrying out viewings promptly!<br>They kept me updated on the progress of my new tenant’s referencing & the paperwork was completed within a couple of weeks.<br><br>Thank you to Blundells letting’s team of Michelle,Molly & Daisy for your hard work,<br>much appreciated!

Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.
