I have been a landlord and used Blundells Chesterfield Branch as my letting agent for 14 years now. The staff within the branch are amazing I just cant fault the level of service I receive from Andrew (Gray) and his team. Always professional and friendly service I can rely on. With my recent end of tenancy both Laura and Andrew have been great as always and superbly responsive in finding another suitable tenant, working in an effective and timely manner. Jane Bloomfield was the star of the show when selling our property! All members of staff had fantastic customer etiquette and we're very polite but when I was beginning to feel others had higher priorities whilst I was selling my property, Jane always did exactly what she said she would do and without her I would've lost hope that the sale would go through in the end! She even stayed behind after work one day to call me before leaving because she said she would update me at the end of the day! Jane was also the person who initially negotiated our sale during COVID lockdown and closed the deal the day before getting furloughed! Thank you so much Jane! You deserve a raise! Blundells, do not let this fantastic worker go!

I have sold and purchased many if houses with Blundells in the last 20 years...I've asked them to value my home in sadly a separation...understandingly they have explained with covid the cannot personally inspect the property but happy to give an on line valuation...I've sent them photos etc..so they can give an valuation
..for months I've been asking for this Months...telephone and emails with promises but still nothing...I now feel sadly Blundells aren't about looking after that faithful customer but sadly feel it's all about what they earn...I'm deeply saddened to be writing this review.

I cannot credit the team at Blundells enough, from start to finish with regards to renting a property, Helen & the team where absolutely
fantastic they made sure everything was dealt with regards to setting up the agreement to making sure the property was ready to move into on the date that was agreed, there has been no hassles or disappointing issues after moving in, I would recommend Blundells in Hillsborough to anyone that is wanting to rent or buy !

Lucy Milburn, our sales negotiator has been fantastic from the start. She viewed our house with the branch manager the day we signed with Blundells which was a nice touch and allowed Lucy to see the property in person and ask questions, given she would be the first contact from a perspective buyer it allowed her to give a first hand experience of the property. She also took time out to go through all the photo's with us and decide which would go on the website.
Lucy is proactive, extremely professional, calm under pressure (we kept up a daily conversation with her), likeable, wants to do the best for her client, and gives an air of reassurance in her communications (both written and verbal).
We sold our house within 5 days, which is down to Lucy and her drive and dedication.
