My experience with JLL was absolutely great. Me and my colleague, took a little risky approach and rented it without even seeing the place in person. Pierre, who was our agent has done a fantastic job, he was very responsive, helped us negotiate the contract and overall was very very helpful. I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.... Read more

I don’t think I’ve ever met an estate agent in my life that looks at me up and down with such judgement, hatred and contempt. No smiles, no hand shakes, just a face with disgust and revulsion. She wasn’t even remotely interested in showing me the property just stood there and kept staring. Just because I was not in a 3 piece suit doesn’t mean I can’t afford it. The whole thing was just strange, she kept judging me the whole time and not even interested in answering questions I had regarding the property, as a result of her lack of professionalism and rude behaviour, I had to leave abruptly. Thanks Catherine Rude, I mean Rule, for the pleasant viewing! I guess I will stick to the far more reputable estate agents in the area who know how to behave and treat applicants with manners and respect.... Read more
