Very poor team specially the letting. I wouldn't recommend going though them. No answer at the estate agent and constantly phone is on answer machine aswell mobile. Poor service don't answer questions and don't respond other then emais, lack of communication skills. Very bad feedback and not happy. Left clients in ditch.

Booked a viewing of Wolverton House for 5:15pm. The agent "Dan" did not turn up. I called the office at 5:20 to check it was still going ahead, they took my number and said they'd contact Dan and get back to me shortly. 5:40 came and no contact so I called the office again, all the staff had gone home. Complete waste of time and travel. Won't be using again, can't imagine the landlord would be pleased.

Dan helped us move into a house during the first lockdown, at the peak of when everyone was moving and properties were getting rented out within seconds. Our experiences with other estate agents at the time were not great, as they were incredibly busy due to the high demand. Dan certainly was not free from this, as we know there was a huge amount of interest in the house we were looking at with him. Despite that, Dan was able to provide us with brilliant service - very warm, friendly, and supportive guidance throughout the whole process. Dan was also very patient, even though he definitely didn't have to be given the demand! We very much felt that Dan had our best interests in mind throughout, and also the landlord's interests, and ultimately we were able to move in successfully and have since really loved our new home and loved our landlords as well!

When the time came to put our house on the market we were steered through the procedure of selling by Melody and her team. They were always helpful, courteous and quick to respond to any questions. They went beyond the call of duty to help with some of the legal aspects.
