Bridgfords overprice houses to get them on their books. The number of their properties that have to get reduced in value due to this is very common. They mislead the sellers into thinking their property is worth more than what it is. They never take into consideration any work/structural work that needs doing which subsequently would devalue the property. If you're with Bridgfords and not had many viewings, I suggest you change estate agents and you'll have much more of a chance!... Read more
