Couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Abbotts, particularly with Suzie. We were shown a property a few weeks back that unfortunately we didn't get but she told us that she would keep us in mind if anything came up and would give us a call right away and she did. She helped us every step of the way, kept me calm and helped me stay positive when I stressed about not finding a home. Very kind hearted, helpful person. Would definitely recommend

Thank you to the team at Abbots who helped us obtain our first property. Tina was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out and keep us in the loop in regards to the property we purchased, and it was nice to have someone so down to earth on our side throughout the process. Thank you as well to Nicola for spending time with me and sharing her knowledge of how house hunting works, even before we had looked at any properties with them. Also, thank you to Ollie from the mortgage side, who although we didn’t use for a mortgage, still spent time to sit with me and explain how everything works on that side. I would like to commend Kerry Gilboy for her professionalism and patience to date in advising me how best to deal with a recalcitrant tenant who will not vacate the property even though the lease is up. Kerry has explained Abbotts’ letting policies clearly and is a pleasure to work with especially as trying to market my property for rental given the intransigence of the tenant has been frustrating and has caused her considerable inconvenience in terms of travel and time wasted. Her professionalism is exemplary and she has been calm and reassuring in the face of these difficulties.
