Have been frustrated as the office never seem to answer their phone, and when they have done I’ve had to wait 2 and a half weeks to view a property, and was only allowed 10 minutes in a property that needed a lot of work and rebuilding. I booked a second viewing to get answers to outstanding questions and had to wait another 2 weeks and was told “it’s okay, no one is interested in this property” if I was the vender I’d be disappointed also...
