After my first house fell through with a different Estate Agent, my husband and I found a property through Russen and Turner. It was like a breath of fresh air. Responsive, kept up to date throughout the process and really supportive in getting us across the line and making sure everything was running smoothly - unlike the previous!
On collecting the keys, I really thought the goody bag with coffee, tea etc was a fabulous touch. Would use again if in the market of buying / selling property.
