Russen and Turner were by far the superior estate agents in my last move. I've moved some 18 times now, and the last house I bought was sold to me by Russen & Turner. They were superior in every way to the other 'professionals' in the process:
- my own estate agent (who sold my then house, and tried to con me in the process);
- my solicitors (who did not appear to know what to do or when throughout the entire process, and we're pretty much always uncontactable);
- and the removals company who damaged more things in that single move that has been damaged in all my previous moves put together.
By stark contrast, and through the whole transaction, the team at Russen and Turner went above and beyond to be more than helpful in so many ways - their professionalism kept me sane. I honestly don't think it would have gone through without them. Without question I was totally impressed with Russen & Turner, and when I move again (and I will!) they will be my estate agents.

Have been frustrated as the office never seem to answer their phone, and when they have done I’ve had to wait 2 and a half weeks to view a property, and was only allowed 10 minutes in a property that needed a lot of work and rebuilding. I booked a second viewing to get answers to outstanding questions and had to wait another 2 weeks and was told “it’s okay, no one is interested in this property” if I was the vender I’d be disappointed also

I can't recommend Russen & Turner enough. We've dealt with them twice in the last 6 years, most recently selling our property for us.
The whole team are fantastic, from Rob coming out to value the property and take the photos for the listing, to Georgia and Jess in the office. They keep you up to date with everything going on from start to finish, which goes along way.
We've had some bad experiences in the past with other agents, but not these guys, they wipe the floor with everyone!!

TERRIBLE. We went to view a bungalow in Dersingham . We arrived on time to find the agent with another couple who were also viewing . So we waited our turn and then were shown round . We only got half way though the property and were then told our 15 minutes was up . So we left not really having the time to finish the viewing . We were interested in putting in an offer but to be honest the way we were just herded round it really put us off. We have viewed several properties with other agents and they have given us the time we need . We will not be viewing any of their properties again .... Thanks for your excuses but I was not informed when I rang up for a viewing that it would only be 15 minutes . Also I did ring up to complain I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone , no one got back to me , If I had left it to a second viewing the place would have been sold and also I have a 2 hour round trip . If you have loads of viewings I suggest you employ more staff to deal with this !!!!.

We used Russen & Turner to sell our property after having just one viewing in the previous eight months using our original estate agent. Although I should mention that six of those months were during the early stages of the covid19 pandemic.
We initially met Mark Lock who offered some really helpful and professional advice about marketing the property. He took some very attractive photos that showed the bungalow off beautifully, and within 24 hours of it being advertised, Russen & Turner received five requests for viewings, one of which resulted in an formal offer and subsequent sale.
At all stages of the sale Russen & Turner staff (particularly Sam) were very helpful, especially in chasing agents and solicitors throughout a chain of six.

Two factors made the sale of my father-in law's property tricky: 1) We live nearly 90 miles away from the bungalow 2) Covid. We could not attend the majority of viewings so R&T shouldered most of the responsibility. Once the pandemic and ensuing mobility restrictions were imposed it became more difficult to travel and maintain the property. The financial implications of "lock down" also saw us lose two potential purchasers. Once the sale gained momentum R&T visited solicitors on our behalf to collect and deliver documents. First class service, from a totally professional team. Kept informed every step of the way. The sale of my childhood home, was very emotional, but this was handled with empathy and respect. This was really appreciated and on behalf of myself, my sister and brother we congratulate the team on their performance. I would not hesitate to use Russen and Turner in the future. Realistic, professional and respectful sums them up. Sale went through smoothly and quickly. They introduced a buyer requesting a property similar to the spec of our late Mums. Having recently moved home we used the service of Russen&Turner, Estate Agents. How glad we were to have made a great choice. Their services from start to finish were excellent, constant contact with us and always available for any questions we had. We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism in all matters regarding our move, which as we are all aware can be stressful at times. We would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others.

Russen & Turner were extremely helpful, friendly and professional with the sale of my home. Faye guided and updated me every step of the way as it was the first time I had sold a house. The photographs taken, really enhanced the size of rooms and garden and were of very good quality.
My mortgage was arranged from within the office through a separate financial company and without any pressure of sale.
I would recommend Russen & Turner as I had been, for their helpful friendly service.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
We bought through Russen & Turner earlier this year and the process was smooth and pain free. They made it their job to make sure they knew what was happening with our vendor, the solicitors and the mortgages. We received weekly updates without fail so we knew exactly what stage we were at and we didn't have to chase them.
The tote bag of essential goodies that we received on moving day was an added bonus ;-)
