Having both purchased and sold my flat in Streatham I can definitely say I’ve experienced the full range of service that KFH have to offer. Firstly if selling in South London then KFH have a huge presence in the area and as such are by far the most likely to be able to find you a buyer and advise on the right price. Naturally they’re a sales team and after helping get the best price for you but I did find them to be very realistic and sound in their guidance on where to price, what the market will support and then in their proactive approach to getting people through the door for viewings and so on. Caitlin was the lead supporting my recent sale and was very proactive and supportive throughout the process and it ran very smoothly. Would strongly recommend KFH especially if you’re selling anywhere around Balham, Clapham, Streatham and around. Great team of friendly and professional folks.... Read more
