Our recent move was a big one: we sold our house the day before our third child arrived and were against the clock to find a new family home in a new city and in time for primary school allocations.
Jemma and John understood what we needed as well as what we wanted and, after our first purchase fell through, they pulled out all the stops to find us an alternative property.
We benefited from their local knowledge and contacts and appreciated the relationship they built with us during the process.
On the day of our move, Jemma was available all morning to keep us updated on progress and came to our new home to see us over the threshold.
We are grateful for their hard work and handholds throughout the whole process.

A good valuation starting the process with what turned out to be spot on valuation and useful advice for selling.
Small friendly business who were very good with communication and updates. Not only with ourselves but also with buyers and solicitors.

I chose Burgoyne Estate Agents for lots of reasons, local to where I Live, they know the area where the house I was selling, they have been selling properties for a long time and they are a family business which I believe in. But they really went that extra mile when I gave them the challenge of selling my house and home. They did everything they promised and kept me in the loop and Jemma really took all the stress away from me so that I could carry on my life and left everything to the team.
I really loved the dashboard app that told me everything I needed to know once my sale was progressing and at anytime I wanted I went into the office with no appointment and Jemma, John and Lyn always had time to talk to me, I would definitely use Burgoynes again to handle a house sale and recommend them to everyone! Well done Burgoynes keep up the good work.

Based in Heavitree with parking nearby they have extensive knowledge of the Exeter area , listen to your requirements and act professionally and with integrity. Outstanding. A great, local team that communicates well, is driven, and very easy to deal with. They clearly care about what they do and have their clients in mind. The rate of commission was very competitive and the team very much earnt it, during a very challenging period in the property market (they re-sold my house due to a buyer pulling out, and got more the second time round). Very grateful to John, Lyn and the team for their patience, for being a driving force in the chain, and all-round top notch service!
