I found the agents very professional and they have been proactive at every stage of the process so far. I chose this agent because they have had success selling similar properties in the area and they understand the market very well. The house has been listed for 3 weeks and is already sold, in fact the first viewing lead to the successful offer which shows again that the agent was able to market the property to the right parties. I have found the whole process to date very easy, I get regular updates on progress and the sale is now in the hands of the solicitors.
