Just had the most amazing experience on the phone with Paige. I had an incredibly big query for her, but she took it like a champ. It was clear to me that she was no stranger to tackling a large one.
It was the kind of conversation that reminds you of a battle between two of badminton greatest players. Like a prime Victor Axelsen and Shi Yuki we were exchanging a flurry and questions and answers that paige dealt with so effortlessly.

I got the keys to my flat on the 3rd of November 2023. I can honestly say it wouldn’t have happened without the dedication of Ellie at Butters John Bee Nantwich. I had an absolutely terrible time with my solicitors and Ellie honestly was a light in the dark. Not only did she chase the solicitors at one point daily but she was always there with an update between me and the seller.
The team was so friendly and although I’m not looking to sell any time soon, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

In February of this year (2023) I finally enquired about shared ownership after years of putting it off. As soon as I enquired I received a phone call from Sam Bowyer, from the get go Sam explained everything I needed to know and filled me full of confidence that this could actually be a way of moving on from living in an apartment and into a house. I know Gary Fear and his team can sell houses really well because they have looked after people I know but the reason I’d like to leave a review is for the amazing work he has done for the people of Ukraine.
Not sure if you know what an asset you have in your company but this gentleman has done some brilliant stuff, working tirelessly to raise money and he has been out to Ukraine three times, taking food to people. We have followed his visits on Facebook and seen the poor people he has helped and seen the lengths he’ll go to in order to get food to them. He has been in places with air raid warnings sounding while he is packing food and driven through dangerous parts to get this done.
He has given up several Saturdays to be within our local supermarket, raising money and telling as many people as possible about what’s he doing.
He is a valuable representative of your company and can only help the reputation of Butters John Bee in the town.

Butters John Bee were asked to sell my late mothers house in Wistaston. I had got three valuations from local agents all of which varied greatly. However, Gary Fear exuded so much knowledge and trustworthiness that I had no hesitation in opting for Butters. I am delighted to report that I made the correct choice. The house was sold at a price way in excess of my expectations with the minimum of fuss but with the maximum of quality service.

My mother was what you might call a "nervous seller" in the sense that she had lived in her house for many years and whilst she wanted to move, she was daunted by the whole process. We had tried several different estate agents over a 3 year period and they had all overwhelmed her, putting her off moving.
Then we tried BJB and 'Gary', the branch manager came out. He recognised my mothers situation, he was very patient, gave lots of advice without overloading her with information. My mother subsequently marketed the house with BJB and Gary and his team continued to support her through the process, resulting in a successful sale. I am happy to say that she has now settled into her new house and the whole family are thrilled.
If you want a genuine, professional service then you will not beat Gary and his team.
