For me everything was fine... till they let me in cold season without heating one month. Also I discovered the property had no gas safety certificate couples months. Because I was forced to move, I leave with a short notice about two weeks, not one month like in agreement and because of that they try to take all my deposit, even when I stayed without heating I paid full rent. I was very disappointed. I manage to take my money back after I speak with an solicitor, but I don't want to have this experience again. I wouldn't recommend it at all. This guys just want to make money no matter what. Very, very disappointed about this experience. ADVICE. Always protect your money with an independent scheme.... Read more

Richard Carroll rented my flat for the last year and dealt with the tenant very professionally and made it all very easy for me. I was a bit protective of the property as it was my home, until I rented it out. He has since sold my flat and found a buyer straight away without any hassle. He kept on top of the sale process and communicated between myself and the buyer and the buyers to solicitor to keep it all moving forward at a good pace.
