We used Proctors to sell our home. Lovely team, always happy to explain things to me and they know the local area very well. They give decent but realistic valuations rather than overinflated numbers that bring in zero views. Particular thanks to Sue for always being on the end of the phone when I was stressing out.

I've had 2 valuations from this company for different properties. Both came in 15% lower than other agents (despite being the largest and highest spec home of them all), and nearby combarables, which I find amazing as every one of their other properties listed is overvalued, and stays on the market unsold for months (both new build and old).
Aside from our property selling with another agent within 3 weeks of listing for what we expected with multiple offers... I find it odd there was such a disparity... especially, as the sale was to buy another property listed with them, which we missed out on - under suspicious circumstances. (Very frustrating, but these things happen).
With the second valuation, they gave a loose indication of value, but it was very much predicated on, we will do this properly if you instruct us.
Estate agents really fall into 2 categories, they are either great at what they do, or not so much. They unfortunately fall into the latter.

Brilliant company Susie from new builds really helped me get the property I wanted. She guided me through the whole process and recommend the right people to help me. Richard was also a god send when all hope was lost he came to the rescue and arranged a last min viewing. Fantastic company fantastic honest people.

I have bought twice, and sold once through Proctors - would highly recommend. Polite, know their stuff and honest, they helped chase our buyer's solicitors when they were a bit on the slow side! Will use again in the future.
