Don't Bother, lies over lies and wasted our time by saying our paperwork isn't satisfactory even tho we gave them everything they asked. First he says its our property you are going to rent and then the landlord isn't satisfied with the Peper work. We used the same paper work to get a better house elsewhere. My landlords were absolutely awful, Harvy and Sunny Notey, ran the whole tenancy like a military operation, during an inspection there was a slight splash water mark on the wall in the bathroom and I was marched to the kitchen to get a sponge and wipe it off, told me to crawl to the back of the cupboards to wipe dust, turned up and barged their way in at half 8 at night with no notice, try to claim for 'damages' that weren't there (DPS approved this, their claim wasn't successful), completely unrealistic when it came to how the flat should be maintained, acted like it was a show home! Most stressful 12 months of my life, they may as well have moved in with the amount of 'inspections' and times they needed to get in the flat...I would never rent from Cassini again if this is the kind of Landlords they work with.... Aggressive behavior towards tenants and refused to use the phone, instead preferring to send one word texts such as "why" and "no". They happily list properties which have significant health and safety issues, and in some cases do not comply with UK law. Proceed with caution.... Read more
