Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating... I've give them 1 nd that's just being nice, they are absolutely disgusting the way the treat there tenants nd as for them doing work on the house is non existent, they come out with there klip board and write things down what needs doing nd after years they still haven't done them the only way things get done are if you have to do them your self, nd there houses are realy bad they have no heating in the up stairs bedrooms, there coverd in mold nd that, I've been rushed to the hospital may time because my asthma nd the house was making it worse, nd ask for moving out they make you decorate the house before you can go nd before you get the your bond back, nd ask for the people that work at hogans they are absolutely ignorant, they never listen to what ya tell them, me personally I would never get a house with them ever again coz there are realy disgusting . ????... They would not take our application even though we offered to pay all fees upfront immediately and offered more than asking price to secure the property. They said NO. Dealt with Adam at Hogans twice who was extremely rude at both times. If there was a zero star I would have given that. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone, particularly investors who are not from Leeds.... Read more
