Rizt properties is there most genue lettings company I have ever come across in UK. Their relationship with me as a tenant was just amazing. Swift response for repairs in the house is exceptional. I received back my full payment of my security deposit because I kept the house neat as it was handed over to me. I will always choose Ritz Properties whenever I come across them.

Hi should be half a star to all the people renting properties from these scumbags they are renting drug houses out yes crack houses to people who have just come out of prison I know this 100 per cent I was talking to decorator who was decorating 1 a Wortley Road armley Leeds ls123ht some time ago this is how the owners of this company earn there money please don't waste your time with this company the police are constantly involved as to where they house crack addicts and druggies people who are on probation don't waste your time with this company listen to a dear friend of this dump

Bobby and his team provide a personal service. They dealing with you as a friend not a client. They are very approachable, responding and professional. They are flexible and friendly. When I was discussing the service I had with my friend, they did not believe that there is a letting agency is dealing kind with the tenants. Personally, I changed my job and moved from Leeds. I found how is every letting agency is tough and complicated except Ritz. Bobby is an angel if we compare with any letting agency. If I am in Leeds for any reason I will do business with Ritz and Ritz only

I wouldn’t bother getting a property with this company. I lived in one of the properties a while back and there was a crack on the ceiling, I messaged and called many times just to be ignored. Eventually the ceiling fell (on top of my little sister!) thankfully it was just plasterboard so not to painful. Only then, when I threatened to take legal action was when they decided to stop ignoring me and still they tried to gaslight my little sister into believing it was her fault when they had been notified months in advance… (was she meant to sleep in the toilet?). This was about 2 years ago. More recently something really important was accidentally delivered into this same old house and I called and asked if it would be possible to get it, they said they don’t own the property anymore, I then asked for the new owners information which they said they couldn’t provide due to privacy which is understandable. But I then asked if they could give my details to the new owners because I really need that parcel and I don’t think they would want something in that house (it was posted through the letter box. The new owners don’t live there yet). The man I was speaking to suddenly adopted a rude/disrespectful tone and said “we’re not getting involved” and quite literally hanged up on my face.I’ve been reading other reviews and now know that other people have had negative experiences with them, again, would not recommend.

not a fake review. during lockdown your agency provided viewing to properties without following public health guidance, double booking for viewing, queues outside properties!!! and when questioned the reply was "hight demand my love"!! I thought if that is how it means for your agency, then can't trust with a place to buy/ rent. It is all about making money with no care about customers safety and wellbeing.

VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST AGENCY! I've been a landlord with Ritz Properties for over 5 years now. Since switching letting agents to Ritz, they have been amazing in the management of my properties, always keeping me updated whether a repair is required or whether the property is about to become vacant etc. As a private landlord who has been operating for over 20 years I can say any landlord would be in safe hands with Ritz. They truly treat your property like its their own. Fantastic agency with a professional and personal service.

I've recently sold a property in LS8 with Ritz. From the initial valuation through to completion, Bobby and his team have been amazing. Within two days I had several offers above the asking price. I cannot fault their service and appreciate the extent of marketing they do in gaining interest on the property. We used Ritz Properties to sell our house. The customer service they provided throughout the whole sale was exemplary. Their manager, Bobby, was very knowledgeable about the local market and he provided expert guidance on how to sell our property. The whole team at Ritz were very good; they used an open day to generate many viewings which lead to several offers. The team worked hard to maximise the sale price, despite working for a flat fee. I have to say the whole process from receiving an offer to completion was extremely commendable. I would definitely recommend Ritz Properties if you are thinking of selling your property in Leeds.

Excellent Estate Agent and excellent Customer Service. They are professional and have great knowledge and experience when it comes to letting or renting as I have done both. I have used a few other Estate Agents before and Ritz have been the best. Ritz are always available to discuss anything whether you pop into the office or ring them.

I have never been greeted with such an unprofessional service.
Had a viewing in roundhay at 5.30pm. I turned up 20 mins early as I accounted for traffic and did not want to be late. At 5.35 I call the office twice but no one answered so I rang the number that confirmed my viewing. I was told the agent was on his way and would be there in 5mins, although I was thinking they should have already accounted for traffic and arrived on time or before me, I accepted and waited. The agent did not turn up till 5.50pm.
When he arrived he said sorry he was late and I responded someone should have at least rang to let me know. He then got defensive and said he tried to ring but the number he was given was wrong and he was informed by the office the viewing had been cancelled. I told him then someone in his office needs to pay more attention to detail to ensure he has the right number. He then retorts "I've apologised so if you don't want to use our service you're free to go", so I did.
The agent was neither apologetic or empathetic to the fact I had made the effort and had been waiting for 40 minutes, 20 minutes longer than I needed to due to the offices mismanagement! His aggorant and defensive attitude was shocking as being a sales person you would make sure to apologise profusely and leave it there without all the excuses. His customer service was poor and even if I did find a Ritz property I like, I would not use their services due to the terrible customer service i received today.
I would strongly not recommend using this service and would advice they train their agents in customer service skills!
