Absolutely fantastic all round experience dealing with ‘Century 21 Royale’ since we’ve been dealing with them. Anytime we’ve had questions, queries or need any ad hoc assistance, the staff at ‘C21R’ especially Tamara have always gone above and beyond in dealing with us.
Tamara’s attitude and positivity is consistently exemplary!
Quite recently we needed some work done at the property (specifically the bathroom) and Tamara assisted us and arranged the work within a very short space of time. Everything was completed within a few days which was carried out to a very high level of workmanship!
We couldn’t of asked for a better estate agents and staff to deal with!

I know that my wife already wrote a review of our recent experience with Century 21 Royale and especially with Mykal who we had the great pleasure to meet when we went to see the property.
Usually I'm not a kind of person who writes feedbacks but in this instance I had to because now a days it is so hard to find a estate agency that not only looks up to the landlords interest but the tenants too.
Mykal is just a kind, calm and extremely professional person, so far the entire process has been stress free due to Mykal's being always on the ball and ready to resolve and clarify any issues in a speedy manner.
For us is nothing better than dealing with a small team on a small brunch of a multi national Estate agency.
That gives us the opportunity to know each other's better creating a professional bond and at the same time knowing that we are in good hands of a larger company.
That gives us the best of both worlds.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Century21. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and exploitative, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to warn others.
First and foremost, I must address the exorbitant fees and charges imposed by Century21. The pricing structure is outrageously high and lacks transparency, leaving tenants feeling exploited and taken advantage of. It is clear that profit is prioritized over fairness and integrity.
Furthermore, Century21 has a tendency of demanding three months' rent upfront, which is both unreasonable and financially burdensome for tenants. This practice demonstrates a disregard for tenants' financial well-being and serves only to benefit the company at the expense of its tenants.
Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from Century21 is deeply concerning. Attempts to address concerns or seek clarification regarding billing issues have been met with indifference and delay, further exacerbating the frustration and dissatisfaction felt by tenants.
In conclusion, my experience with Century21 has been wholly negative, characterized by exorbitant fees, exploitative policies, and poor customer service. I urge others to reconsider doing business with this company and to seek out alternatives that prioritize fairness, transparency, and respect for tenants.
I currently have a claim for breach of GDPR with Century 21 for they misuse of WhatsApp messaging. They will attempt to gain you to a whatsapp group and then invite others without notice.

I was in contact with somebody called Salma, they told me I had a viewing at 5.30 the following day and would send me confirmation. I waited till mid day and chased her but they ignored me and never arranged the viewing or atleast let me know why it wasn’t arranged

Worst Experience! Do not Rent a property through this agency!
Rented a property off them last year, they were impossible to contact, they set up a WhatsApp with my agent. They never got back to me or would say they'd sort an issue and never bother.
Once my agent left, I was never told, it was only until I went into the agency and they informed me they'd left months ago.
Id ring to ask questions and they'd say to contact the landlord it when my contracts with the agency.
When moving out the property I asked them about what the process was they told me to ask the landlord yet again, I asked about professional cleaning etc, they said they'd ring me the following day but actually went on annual leave.
The landlord informed me Id have to move at end of tenancy as they wanted to change the property 8 months before my tenancy finished, then the agency emailed me to renew my lease a month before moving.
Absolute joke, they seem to pass on any responsible to the landlord! I moved last month and dealt entirely with the landlord as they never bothered to get back to me!
If I rang with a query about professional cleaners or end of tenancy advice they would say they'd ring back and not bother, or conveniently be told they'd gone on annual leave the day after.
They don't do anything, just tell me they are really busy and they'll do what they can!
Not good enough when you'd been waiting months for a dishwasher that was broken and filled with dirty water when you moved in to be replaced or fixed!
Not sure what they want me to do, alls they say is "Ring British Gas" over issues with the plumbing, when you ring British Gas they say they can't resolve that issue.
Not sure the agents are trained properly.

Century 21 and their manager Tamara sold our house after 2 viewings at the asking price when previously 3 well known estate agents given over a year did not manage to achieve. Their strategy is honestly and transparency when others made people view our house when they were not even interested by the area and were looking for a totally different geographical area. Tamara has not just found the buyer she also spent time coordinating communication between the buyer’s solicitor and our solicitor. My advice to people is do not waist your time with a different real estate and go directly to Tamara to avoid disappointment. Thank you Tamara for your hard working and your amazing service.

We had our house with three well known high street real estates before Century 21. Most of the clients they brought were not interested in our area and was a waste of time for many months. Century 21 took our house and in the first week, they brought us three buyers, two of them gave us the asking price and we chose one.
The process went smoothly and Century 21 team were very supportive and responded to all inquiries and issues until the last minute.
We are very pleased with them and I personally highly recommend Century 21. Small dedicated team that work from their hearts and make difficult things easy.

You don't need an estate agent. You need Tamara Hadid. She is by far and away and without a shadow of a doubt, the most proactive, committed and dedicated superstar property professional you could ever want when it comes to selling your home.
The stellar service from Ms. Hadid starts right at the beginning; I used one of the main property websites to match against local agents who were invited to value the property. Of the several agents returned, do you know how many bothered answering?
Two!
And of those Tamara was the first one who got in touch within 30 minutes of the invitation being sent. She's friendly, approachable, professional, articulate, knowledgeable, persuasive and transparent. All the things you want in somebody selling your home.
Our sale was a particularly difficult and complex one but Tamara worked tirelessly to see this through to completion, a process that took the better part of several months. She juggled multiple demands from prospective buyers, estate agents, warring solicitors, various third parties on the periphery, and even offered her professional opinion for our onward purchase, taking the time to accompany us to viewings.
This was delivered with enthusiasm, a positive "can-do" attitude and a dogged determination to find a way through the maze, always going above and beyond the usual remit of what you would expect your selling agent to do. This is property selling on fire. Done properly. x2. With whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles on top.
When contracts had been exchanged, Tamara was still on point. She put us in touch with tradesmen for other property services such as removals and even helped sell our furniture. On completion day, she kept the chain informed and organised the transition personally, arriving at the property address to take the keys and hand these over to the new owner with an explanation of everything. With Century 21 Royale, you won’t be simply visiting an office and just handed a set of keys.
Tamara is the Captain Marvel of the MCU, one of those rare people who can pretty much do it all. Iron Man and Captain America would both be fighting over who gets to pick her first. If ever there was a selling agent who earned their fee, it's Tamara and we're hugely grateful for all her efforts.
Although we originally instructed Tamara as our selling agent, over the course of the sale, she became a friend, confidant and trusted advisor; somebody who you'd invite for dinner and meet socially outside the workplace. There are many real estates agencies in this area and many of them are professional firms. however, Century 21 Royale surprised me when i contacted them to let my large almost new detached house. it was a short notice and we were travelling abroad leaving a home full of furniture that was suitable for us but might not be compatible with the new tenant needs. Tamara introduced us to few tenants that fit our criteria and our term . she shuttled almost daily to secure a contract between us and our chosen tenant .she worked hard to satisfy both parties through amicable small compromises. Tamara adroitly took care of every thing that follow the agreement including my landlord insurance ,council tax, rearranging some furniture's layout ,utilities safety checking etc. finally i should mention the responsive team of this agency , but would say without denigrating the other staff , that contacting Tamara is advisable when there is an urgent issue .

Century 21 is a joke of a company.
I reached out to them to view a room at a property only to be ignored. However they were very quick to respond to my partner when she reached out to them on my behalf. (Make of that what you will)
Albeit I did go and view the property and said I would take the room. I had already filled out all the relevant paperwork before going to the viewing to speed up the process. Century 21 said they will get back in touch ASAP…they did not.
After emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages all of which were ignored I took that as a very subtle hint that I was not to get the room.
Joke of a service…you are a Surrey based firm ladies and gents of Century 21, good customer service is what makes the difference especially in the world of property.
You failed! - look forward to the pathetic reply of justification.

I reached out to this agency trying to rent a property for a family member. My experience was awful and they were unprofessional repeatedly until I just gave up dealing with them. After I put in an offer, I never received any feedback after spending significant amount of time filling out the form and following up a few times by email and giving a call. No correct address was provided as a confirmation for my viewing. I had to work it out on the fly by spotting an agent on the street.
Can tell from my experience of dealing with other agencies this was the worst approach ever and I was just unlucky to engage with them in a hope to find accommodation.

Regret to post a negative review. Initially the dealings was swift, professional and proactive. I got a viewing on the day I called, I confirmed and put an offer next day. But it changed very quickly.
Once forms were completed for a rental, we simply were ignored by the letting company, with no reason or explanations. What frustrating is this is playing with peoples lives/living situations.
The rental was advertised as ‘ready to move in’ but the company was not even responding even after the rent had been increased (and agreed by me) so just left up in the air.
Emails, calls & whatapps ignored. I am a landlord & professionally in the property industry and dealings with this company were unsatisfactory. Being ignored is just basics any company should not get wrong.
From my dealings, I would now not give any of my properties to rent to this company due to their lackadaisical dealings and nor would I advise tenants to rent from them. Just all over the place.

Nothing but incredible things to say about Centruy21 with special mention to Harry who has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process. As a household of 3 we had 2 weeks to find a place and had been frantically ringing round every estate agent possible. It was our last viewing of the day and of the week having seen over 20 properties that week and we instantly loved the property we were shown. Harry was immediately friendly, professional, bubbly and a pleasure to talk to. We put in an offer to rent the flat and although we had our own doubts about getting such a beautiful flat for the price it was up for, we knew we was in the great hands of Harry who clearly got stuff done and efficiently. The offer was accepted on the house and we assumed it would be smooth sailing from here in terms of process....we were wrong. Amongst the few complications along the way including guarantors, one person on a working visa and the need for the process to be done so quickly we never even doubted that the process would ever fall through. We was in constant personal and office contact with Harry via phone and email. Updated us with every new step towards where we needed to go and resolved any issues we had efficiently and professionally always with a smile, a laugh and a friendly voice. A fantastic service offered by both Tamara and her team in particular Rayan. From the beginning of our property search right the way through until the end we were shown only properties that suited our criteria and were kept regularly updated as the final move in date became closer.

Had a morning viewing on a property which the agent was late to, then didn't have both keys to access the property. Rescheduled for the next day and the agent didn't turn up, had to chase the office for updates/communication, wasted 30 mins and had to abort the viewing again. Not professional by any standards.

Have dealt with other agents before and this agent wasn’t to pushy or trying to go over the top in some situations some agents try to much to get rid of properties. Much more of a highly service given.

I met Tamara and Rayan and Century21 Team estate agency at a viewing in Kingston, very popular area. That property wasn't right, but it seems that I met the right agents! Rayan is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowlegeable, understanding and reassuring - it is very important to feel that no non-sense honest approach when you're experiencing chain viewings and have to make an important decision fast. Rayan is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. Rayan professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually offered me 2 other properties - both of them was suitable for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find). It seems like Rayan has a special vision to get you what you want! With Rayan & Tamara's assistance I put an offer for one, and it was accepted very quickly, the manager was on the phone with me to confirm in 10 min after I put the holding deposit, it was after the end of business hours in the evening. The team behind Tamara is understanding and considerable, I feel very grateful to each one of them. If you need to find your new place to rent or to buy in south west London I would highly recommend to contact Century 21 Kingston - I cannot thank them enough!

Worst service received from an estate agent. The most disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I was looking for a commercial space and came across their advert on Rightmove. Took them few days to arrange viewing and once I viewed the property, I offered the full rental asking price and offered to pay 1 year’s rent in advance. Two months on and after 4 visits to their office and several phone calls I’m still waiting for the person that deals with that property to get back to me. Seems like no one knows what’s going on in that office. Absolute joke. I would never use them and would suggest everyone to stay away as they are very unprofessional.

It was a really pleasant experience. He was there for any questions but didnt crowd me. This allowed me to see the full potential and make a good decision .

I can honestly say that Century 21 Kingston, have been an absolute pleasure to instruct. They delight in going over and above with their professional service from market appraisal, to completion. Their
communication from viewings, offers and after sales were first rated. Furthermore and most importantly, were the marvellous achieved selling prices!
