Ended my tenancy on 18 march 2020 still haven't had my deposit back off them not heard from eny one from this letting agency even though by law after ending tenancy thay should of got in touch after 10 days

Lovely, helpful ,professional my experience so far with Tricia has been calming and quite fun actually! Shocking as moving in general is very stressful and they all work to make it a brand new start a fresh as it should be ????

I have been working with Liverpool Residential for over 7 years and they have been excellent. They have looked after my properties as if they were their own. I get regularly reports from Liverpool residential on the condition of my properties and action which is required. They also have great marketing channels to help promote my properties to tenants, so my properties have very high occupancy. Liverpool Residential also offer mortgage advice, and have arranged many mortgages for me. Special Thanks to Matty and John for their amazing work and great attention to detail. I am leaving a review for these guys after 6 months as i'm just going through my old stuff and i had forgotten to do this. My residence is in Birmingham and i owned a property in Liverpool. After two years of misery from other estate agents these guys were the ones for me. They took full control of the situation. I had to visit once a month when i was dealing with the other agents, with these guys i didn't have to visit at all.
These guys are professional, they know what their talking about, i don't think they just want your money (after all they are in business so they want something) - i think they genuinely value your custom. They understand that good business is from word of mouth. These guys are busy and they busy for a reason. I had no problems with them. Wishing them success.

Please look at any review site of this company! STAY AWAY! At all cost! Will lie, take your money, give your personal information to anyone and blame you for everything!
Unprofessional, disgusting attitude and incompetent at every aspect of their jobs. These are the type of people you wish would claim job seekers, just to provide a better service than they are now!
John and Matt both own the company but will play dumb with you and pretend to be out or use the other guy as an excuse (Grants response is a perfect example!).

We rented our property with Liverpool Residential after having a bad experience with another letting agency. Liverpool Residential were recommended by a friend who had also used them. I was very please with the service that I received and did not have any issues at all. I will be using there services gain in the future.

If zero stars was an option I would of rated at this. Firstly there seems to be no structure in the office, upon calling the office it seems that one guy in particular is the only person to answer a question about a property and he is always 'due in later'
I viewed a property just days after it went onto the market and on the viewing told the agent I would like to make an offer. He looked at me like I had just offended him, and replied 'call the office in the morning'
I then went into a biddIng war with the current tenant at that time who eventually purchased the property. To this day I firmly believe that the agent never passed on my offers to the vendor as I have since found out, as well as being the agent selling that property, he was also the tenants mortgage advisor, informing the tenant of my offers and to raise his accordingly, which means the agent received the fee for selling the property and also the mortgage advisor fee.
I was told by email that I had not been successful with my final offer on that property, which personally I think is so un professional, if you have the time to type and send an email, you have the time to pick up the phone. The agents name is John.
Avoid this agent.

awful, just awful. rented a property from these guys. Turned out the landlord wasnt paying mortgage so I was served with eviction notice! They didn't seem bothered and told me to sort it out with landlord. No offer of alternative accomodation. Just a really bad letting company. DO NOT rent with liverpool residential
