We bought our first home through Taylor Gibbs and having just sold that property five years on also through Taylor Gibbs I can honestly say the entire team and Miles in particular made life easy especially when much of the process is out of your hands.
Miles was always composed, patient and honest providing us with confidence throughout purchase and sale. The team provided clear guidance at each stage including in the years between when we had queries about current valuation. In particular their local knowledge has stood out, understanding the market in Highgate was a key decision for us to market our property with them. They didn’t disappoint, in a slow market we were inundated with viewings week after week, again a markable difference from peers selling their properties at the same time.
Finally trust and reliability are two important characteristics when asking an agent to sell your property. I couldn’t recommend Taylor Gibbs more, thank you.

There was no compensation offered .
Also, one week later when we moved in, the flat turned out on the market for sell.

Taylor Gibbs provided an excellent experience for me and my fiancée as tenants. From the first initial viewing, property management and returning of the deposit they were excellent throughout.
We rented a flat in Highgate, and I can not speak highly enough of the local branch there, as the team are professional, friendly and responsive!
The sales team were very thoughtful when booking viewings round our flat when we decided to move during the pandemic, and ensured our safety throughout all viewings by wearing masks, gloves and distancing.
Best agents we have come across in London and highly recommend!

I have had some pretty horrid experience renting across 3 countries, but Taylor Gibbs was a really simple place to deal with.
We had very few headaches, when things were broken they were sometimes fixed within a few hours with a handyman showing up.
Only downside I would say is their property manager didn't really pay attention to instructions like no one should enter the property without us being there, so we had to repeat ourselves a few times.
Outside of that, I would say they are good to rent from and are attentive to detail enough that I would rent my properties through them.

In an industry so often marred by horror stories, the small team at Taylor Gibbs are an absolute miracle.
The initial viewings and lettings process was carried out by the extremely affable John. I had some personal issues to deal with during this stage that complicated matters, but John was always patient and understanding. I cannot stress hard enough how he helped make a difficult situation far more manageable.
During the tenancy itself, the property management team of Joe, Suzan, and Holly were always friendly and quick to acknowledge any issues that arose. There were of course some complications, but those owed more to the landlord (who'll always be luck of the draw no matter where you go) rather than the Taylor Gibbs team.
All in all, an extremely pleasurable 8 months in Highgate! I was quite bummed it had to end, but whoever takes my place will be assured a fantastic group of people to help them with their property needs!

I used Taylor Gibbs when selling the family home of forty years last year after the death of my mother. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were so thoughtful and kind and understood how difficult it was for the family to sell the family home. They pitched the house in Crouch End just right regarding price and description of it. We had many viewings and were able to make a quick sale which helped the probate process. Would highly recommend this independent Estate Agency. Lovely people who don’t behave like the usual cliche estate agent! I would definitely use them again.

Taylor Gibbs and in particular Charlotte Bourne were amazing in helping us find and buy our first home! I found Taylor Gibbs fantastic to work with. They were extremely accommodating with my schedule for viewings and once I decided I was interested in the property and requested additional viewings they were extremely helpful in arranging times that suited me. They had great local knowledge of the area which was very useful when considering the property. Miles was the Estate Agent that I dealt with and he was super during the sale process. He worked very closely with my solicitor and followed up on everything super quickly. I can't recommend Taylor Gibbs enough
