Terrible real estate agency. Five months into my tenancy, my partner and I found ourselves trapped in the building, with no alternative door or escape exit. This happened because the real estate agent did not provide us with a full set of keys. They had guaranteed us that only two of the locks for the only way out of the building were functioning and that there was no need for the key for the third lock. To our surprise all three locks were being used by other residents within the building. When I tried to address this issue with the property manager, he responded rudely and on the defensive. It was only when I threatened with legal action that they provided me with the full set of keys. They did not seem to realise that having no access to an escape route, is a huge health hazard. Furthermore, it’s been two weeks since I’ve moved out and have been trying to reach them to settle on the deposit and they have ignored every single email my partner and I have sent. AVOID like the plague!... Read more
