I rented a property from Chancellors which is really a nightmare. Chancellors didn’t check the property, the property overall condition was terrible when moving in.
The property manager’s service is extremely poor, and Chancellors completely supports the landlord by ignoring all the reasonable requests form us.
Never ever use Chancellors for letting, buying and selling.

Jason Byrne provided me with consistently excellent and prompt service through a long series of sometimes tricky issues in the management of a property I let. He was consistent courteous, efficient, and responsible, and very easy to deal with.
Tanja Margaric was also an excellent steward throughout the long process of selling that property, always attentive, and also deserving of a top rating.

Used Chancellors for both letting and sales. Excellent services! Shelby chandler-Wootton from sales progression helped me all the way through with patience and profession. Clear communications all the time. There was always someone to take over if one is on holiday. I found no stress or difficulties to communicate with them.
