Would not recommend. During the sale of property I had to do their work for them and didn't have a clue what was going on! On the day of completion, I took the keys into the office and their comment was Oh, are you completing today?!... Read more

Really awful experience. It was a disaster from start to finish. We had to chase the agent to actually call back interested parties. Their response was that there contract doesn’t state what work they will do - therefore they didn’t actually need to follow up on calls or interest! We eventually showed a buyer around ourselves and they bought the house. During the sale process the buyer contacted me to say how awful they felt the experience had been; and that they had in fact tried to put in an offer over 4 days for our house! Needless to say I would never recommend them to anyone. Please do avoid them and go with a good local agent. It is also worth noting that they have had multiple managers who have come and gone. Certainly not a good sign.... Read more
