I would say that this company is family friendly. It was a difficult time for us to sell my late mother's house and we felt the staff at Chandlers were honest, kept us informed and really understood our needs.

Broughta house through chandlers and they were so helpful through the whole process. Ian and Ben helped us out so much with and quires and stayed in touched with and new information whilst waiting for the house to complete. The staff at Chandlers were friendly but professional throughout the sale of the property. Their advise was spot and needed to be to secure a sale during a particularly difficult financial period after the October 2022 mini budget and interest rate rises.
We were kept informed of all relevant movement and information throughout the sale.
Additionally, they were able to arrange a number of trades to carry out work or
surveys of the property as issues arose.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again, or recommending them to friends and family.
