I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Doug at Chattertons and honestly can’t praise him enough. Despite various challenges with the sale of our property (including Covid-19) he was always responsive, honest and thorough. Chattertons are highly competitive with their prices but don’t cut corners because of it. Would recommend them to everyone.

Something is really wrong with these agents. Found a house on Southwood road, New Eltham. Been refused to view it from the first time I called, as I am not a first time buyer. Agents called back the next day to organise to viewing. During the viewing, Doug didn't bother to give any information about the property or answer the questions. Still, we asked for a second viewing and were advised that 'this house is not for you'; 'owner doesn't want you to see the property' and other odd excuses. All in all, they do refuse the highest paying buyers, as they 'feel who is the right buyer'. Utterly disgusting situation, avoid them at all costs.

Dealt with a fair few estate agents, by far new Eltham chattertons have been amazing, and generally care about the people they deal with! Any problem they are there, especially Janice!
