Do not give this agent your property to let. They are simply too inept to manage the simplest of tasks let alone be trusted with the day-to-day management your property. They failed to arrange fixing the heating for my tenant for a whole year before he handed notice (even with me chasing them to do so for months on end). They lied to me about getting my gas certificate renewed. They do not even bother replying to the simplest of enquiries. They did not even remember to give me notice that my tenant was ending the tenancy. Don't be fooled by any competence they may display before you sign up with these guys - they will simply pass the management of your property to a completely different team of people anyway. Currently seeking my fees back and compensation through the TPO. This company is a complete joke from top to bottom! You've been warned. Don’t waste your time and money. Look elsewhere!
