I cannot stress how unprofessional this company is. I am 30 weeks pregnant and on Tuesday I notified my landlord and called my estate agents to let them know of my situation of having to self isolate and as a result - will be retracting my notice to leave until this is over. My landlord had no interest or sympathy what soever and refused to accept my decision to stay because of safety measures. The apparent Lettings Manager Louise Keynes, at Cockburn New Eltham asked me, Why are you self isolating? You don't need to self isolate unless you have underlying health issues? Your a letting agent yourself, you know how this works. If you don't move out we'll see you in court'. I have never been spoken to by someone in the letting industry with such disrespect. Louise Keynes began to raise her voice and continued to be unsympathetic. Clearly in this instance they have fell far from any type of good customer service. How dare someone tell a vulnerable person what to do in this situation. I am not only disgusted about the way Louise Keynes and Cockburn has treated me but also how there is no sympathy from what is going on in the world.

Positive experience of buying a first property. Did not experience any stress as some people say they have had with estate agents. Very responsive which is a huge plus and have always looked to resolve any questions very quickly from their end!

Just had a very positive experience selling our house with Cockburn. From the onset Peter and team really showed how transparent they’re with pricing - the ONLY EA that quoted us a % fee with VAT included - all other EAs went for the ‘% plus VAT’. And throughout the selling process the team had been amazing at communicating between solicitors and with the viewers / buyers - the sale was not straight forward but thanks to the brilliant communication we exchanged and completed per our schedule. We would have no hesitation recommending Peter, Sam, Lily and Loveleen to potential vendors and buyers - you’ll be in very good hands! Namo Amituofo

Loveleen was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to get our house over the line, she made the process less stressful and kept us informed every step of the way. We had a long chain and I don't think we'd have our house had it not been for her persistence.
