A year ago we put our very much loved family home on the market with Irwin Scott.
Paul and Shaun are a fabulous duo with so much knowledge in the property market and New Eltham.
Paul especially is New Eltham's estate agent everyone knows and trusts.
Our home was sold to a lovely young couple, who we believed would love our home as much as us.
Irwin Scott were very helpful, supportive, gave good advice, and I would recommend their service.

I used Irwin Scott to sell my Dad’s old house in New Eltham and was more than delighted by the help and support Paul gave throughout the process. It wasn’t straightforward or quick (no fault of Irwin Scott - there were several others in the chain) but Paul gave me regular updates, was incredibly easy and direct to talk to, always available for a call, quick to reply to messages. He took his responsibilities beyond my expectations and did a heap of extra things to support me, particularly as a remote seller. And he was very persistent and stubborn! Which was brilliant. I was initially a bit doubtful because the agency is small, but this actually proved to be an advantage, because the quality of service I received was amazing. Thank you!

Shaun and Paul of Irwin Scott’s are a great asset to New Eltham. They give you a realistic valuation of your property, rather than an overinflated one to get you to sign up with them. Their fees are very competitive, they’re always at the end of the phone and have many years experience and knowledge of the area between them. Paul is so down to earth and genuine, you know you’re going to always get an honest answer from him and you always feel like he’s on your side. Thanks so much for all your help guys, we got their in the end and I’m so happy with our new home!

Both Shaun and Paul did very well as they actually sold my flat twice for me, this was due to personal reasons that I had to let the first sale not go ahead.
Thay had it sold the second time in a matter of weeks.

Extremely poor customer service. We rented in May and we are now looking to move out as soon as we possible can. First, the property was extremely dirty. We had to delay our move by a couple of days just to clean it ourselves. The estate agency refused to do anything about it and did not help us with anything to get reimbursed for all the extra costs we encountered to clean up, not to mention the time we spent. An estate agent named Carly was extremely unhelpful in the whole situation.
Since we moved, we have issues with a neighbour playing loud music every Friday night. People coming in and out of his flat, seeming like he is having parties or just long drinking events. The neighbour lives directly above our flat and uses a professional audio system with strong base. We have been complaining since week one, but the issue is still ongoing. The council also got involved, but again, nothing helped. The loud music is severely effecting the way we can use our flat almost every Friday evening and this is a breach of contract committed by the tenant living in the flat above. We have asked specifically Shaun from Irwin Scott multiple times for help until he explained us that as long as the neighbour is playing the loud music in his flat, there is no issue. When I pointed to Shaun that it is a breach of contract to prevent others in the building from using their flats as they should, he told me that this is "up to interpretation".
In conclusion, I can say that Irwin Scott have offered us a dirty property with many issues and according to them breach of contract influencing directly our quality of life in their property is not their problem. Avoid at all costs!
