Alex and team are so helpful and caring. Super quick response to emails and texts, which is what you need from a management agency. I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. It’s hard to find agencies that really care and I simply can’t recommend these guys enough!

Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things.
I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord.
I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with.
Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.

Point of criticism/feedback:
They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible.

Alex and the whole Equity team have being very professional, I have dealt with them in different situations. Alex will still put in a personal touch to every management service over the years, he does so effortlessly and loves his job, he is so natural with it.

Ive used the company for years. They're very professional but with a supportive, inclusive touch. Excellent in fairness and attitude with both landlord and tenant alike, even placating and winning round and continuing to show respect with abusive tenants. Everything is clear and well explained and concerns readily addressed/resolved. Alex, Irene and Callam have been outstanding in their support during a very anxious time for me. Reported works are carried out fast, with excellent long term contractors being on time, efficient, clean workers. The company have very good and clear pricing strategy. We purchased our home through Equity. They provided an outstanding service from my first initial call to book the property viewing until we received the keys to our new home.
Buying and selling a home was the most stressful experience however working with Alex and his team made this traumatic experience manageable.
Alex regularly communicated with me on the progress of the purchase and happily liaised with our vendor and solicitor, reducing any obstacles in the process. Alex’s expertise helped us to exchange on a property within 5 week.
As a buyer I always felt anxious but the team at Equity were always very honest with us making the very uncertain process of house buying easier.
On the day of completion, we was greeted at our new house with a beautiful bow on the door, a generous gift box and a bottle of Prosecco to start the celebrations.
I would highly recommend working with Equity as i found the team to have excellent communication, compassionate, trustworthy and always willing to go that extra mile. Having previously used other agents I would definitely say Equity is the best agents I have experienced.

I can’t tell you how amazing Equity London staff are ! I had a very hard and long process for moving and the lead up to completion , with both parties solictors being rubbish! Alex was very Patient and helpful and chased day in day out , and done more than what his job tile is! He went out his way to make sure I was calm and didn’t have to stress! And worked with me in helping to do so! After a year I thankful completed and now in my wonderful little home and that’s all thanks to Alex and the Team at Equity London!

I have known Alex and the team at Equity London Limited for a number of years now. The service which they provide is with great professionalism, quality, responsiveness.
As a landlord Equity London have been great right from the start.
Every question which I had was answered quickly and easy to understand.
After the going over the process for the rental I was passed over to Callum and he was my point of contact and again he has been brilliant in finding tenants and making sure that I was kept updated with when tenants were due to move in.
After Callum advised that if there was any issues with property which needed attention then Lucy who deals with the property management side will be in touch.
And true to their word Lucy called to introduce herself to me and advised me on what she does and how my property will be looked after.
And finally not forgetting Irene. She is absolutely great she is on top of all the accounts related questions no matter how big or small.
As a landlord I could not be more happier to let my property via Equity London Limited as I know that my property is in safe hands.

I have used a few big name letting agents in the past, but forget those and try Equity London Ltd as the level of service and professionalisim is head and shoulders above those companies.
Equity London Ltd are a friendly family run business with a focus on customer care for both the tenant and the landlord.
Being a small team they know the tenants and landlords very well, which not only helps build a strong relationship but means they can deal with all aspects of letting efficiently and with knowledge of the customer. Not like the big players to which you are just another name in a filing cabinet.
So if you like dealing with a friendly, efficient and professional team for your letting needs then look no further,

I dealt with Alex and the team when I rented a property for a year and found them to be very professional and responded in a timely way to any issues that arose. I'm highly impressed and find it hard to believe that in this current climate any company will be so compassionate and responsive like Equity.
The first impression I got when I spoke to Calum and later to Alex is unbelievable. They are very professional and welcoming. They treat you with respect irrespective of your ethnic backgrounds unlike other Estate Agent. I was surprised by their patience when we went for viewings and we were running late.

My experience with Equity London so far has been a good one. When I was offered the property there were some obstacles but I was worked with and offered solutions that enable me to be able to rent the property. The property is off a very high standard and before I moved in it was fully decorated and cleaned. I find the staff are friendly, the communication is great and I am able to make contact any time of the day so any problems are addressed and sorted very quickly and efficiently.

Being a Company Let offering Rent Guarantee they have always kept the process from start to finish very simple and stress free. I'm in the process of purchasing a property from Equity London Ltd and I must say I have been really impressed with their dedication and professionalism. When I started my property search I was worried that when it came to buying I might end up having to deal with the widely stereotyped estate agent response of shameless ruthlessness. As soon as I first spoke to Alex at Equity any concerns of this were totally laid to rest. He's really easy to talk to and always accessible by phone for any questions. In addition he has gone out of his way to organise extra viewings for me on many occasions. I don't think any buying process is straightforward and mine has certainly had ups and downs. What was impressive during these points was that Alex managed to achieve the fine balance of being really supportive towards me but also making sure he was doing the upmost for his client. I can't explain how much easier this process has been when you are dealing with straight-talking, reasonable, dedicated individuals who believe in consensus building and problem solving as a route to a good outcome for everyone. In my view, that is Equity London Ltd all over.
