Andrew at Checkmates acted for the purchase and then he was so good I kept him on to get it rented out. Honestly can't thank him enough. I've dealt with a lot of agents in my line of work and often feel like I'm banging my head against the wall or having to constantly chase and remind. Andrew's fantastic, he just get's things sorted, hassle free and without the usual headache. Can't recommend him enough. We had two flats in Sudbury which were let and managed by Checkmate estates. Recently we sold both flats through the same. Niyad who dealt with us for letting and sale is extremely good. He knows the area and the market very well. He has also advised on dividing the land between the flats and guided us through that process to achieve the best for both flats. From start to finish, Niyad was extremely helpful and very professional. We appreciated that he was always very prompt in responding to any queries and kept us thoroughly informed throughout all of our processes. There were times when we were uncertain about the progression of the transaction, but Niyad was incredibly reassuring and always had the time to explain everything in detail, which put our mind at ease. The worst estate agents I have ever found. I cleared everything at the beginning and they are okay with that after I paid deposit,they changed their words and it took 2 months to get a final response from them after keep calling, emailing and physically been there.they are very rude at the office as well.
