The 5-star is for the property manager who managed my flat - Carina. While there were some minor struggles and issues with the flat when I moved in, everything just got instantly fixed through a painless experience as soon as Carina took over. She was always available, even at nights and on weekends for emergency help when I'd got locked out. She's been very responsive, helpful and willing to talk through and understand the situation and provide the appropriate assistance, even when I was moving out. Overall, my experience with Grey & Co. has been a pleasant one and I look forward to renting from you in the future.

Especially, Property Manager Carina Westley. She is amazing, very professional, gets things sorted or acts on the matters immediately and always communicates and provides updates till it is dealt with. Grey & Co and has been managing my flat for the last 20 years. I found the agency employees very efficient and organised in dealing with my property, Carina and her team is in charge of managing and organising the various maintenance people and make sure everything run smoothly but also to keep me informed of things are moving forward.
