I was really happy with the good customer service, specially from the Denise. She was really helpful and really friendly. She was updating each and everything, which was really helpful towards me. She treated me just like a family and never made me feel that I was her customer. No Matter what time and what questions i ask her she always stood by and answered my question even if it was not related to property i want to say a big thank you to Denise. I would recommend company to everyone they are not just a normal company they are family who make you feel warm whenever you speck to anyone.

We have been a customer of Grey & Co since 2012 and we must say all the staff are very professional and cooperative; especially when taking care of their fellow customers, sometimes just beyond the expectations. Whenever you have any problems the staff always do their best to resolve it as nicely as they can with minimum time frame. The 5-star is for the property manager who managed my flat - Carina. While there were some minor struggles and issues with the flat when I moved in, everything just got instantly fixed through a painless experience as soon as Carina took over. She was always available, even at nights and on weekends for emergency help when I'd got locked out. She's been very responsive, helpful and willing to talk through and understand the situation and provide the appropriate assistance, even when I was moving out. This is the worst agency I have come across so far. They don't look after their tenants at all. Instead they leave them on mercy of landlords and suggest the landlords the awful tactics to kick the tenants out of the property misinterpret their tenants and serve their business interests only. Discussing your situation before hand to seek help from this agency is like inviting your your demise without calling for it. Was Renting with the agency for last 2.5 yrs because of my job location. Not recommended at all.

I rented from Grey & Co about 4 months ago, as I was desperate for a property, they were very helpful and quick to forward the process and for me to pay the finances.
*** HOWEVER, things took a turn for the worst when I informed them that I wanted to vacate and following thru my breakaway clause in the contract. I read the contract thoroughly but when it came to them, they twisted every rule in the contract in their favour I.e the return of my full deposit which they Initially promised at the beginning of the contract that I would receive in full. I now received less than half after reaching out to them multiple times via emails and telephone, I felt ignored and completely misled.
I urge you all to NOT rent with Grey&Co as they WORK closely with difficult Landlords who want to squeeze every penny from you. They will smile for you at the beginning but will not honour anything at the end.

I found Grey & Co staff to be very helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. My mum rents a flat through them, and as with any flats there have been some problems. I found myself calling/texting on numerous occasions (especially recently) and I always received a prompt response pretty much on the same day. My first experience with Grey & Co was back in 2010 when I dealt with Philip Grey. He was exceptional at negotiating between myself and the seller and I was able to buy my first home. Subsequently I have purchased several buy to lets through other agents and have had some horrible experiences so I always come back to Grey & Co to manage my properties so I don't have to worry about anything as their team are on the case and on the ball.
Their client communication is top notch, which is always a bug bear of mine with other agents I have dealt with, if they say they will call you back then they do.
I can highly recommend all of the team I have dealt with and one thing that stands out is that they will only recommend tenants that they would rent their own properties out to.
A real family business full of great people who are Truly 'Exceptional'.

This is a new review about Shakeel Ahmed but Google doesn't seem to let me add a second review so editing the previous one below.
At the start of 2022 Shakeel took over as the property manager for my let property. I had had a number of assorted issues with the property over several months, which involved several tradespeople to diagnose and rectify. Shakeel has behaved in an exemplary manner throughout in making sure that all works were carried out promptly. He has likewise always kept me informed and been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Two of Shakeel's many strong points are empathy with the landlord (particularly as I live some 70 miles from the property), and superb communication skills. I would recommend him unreservedly.
I recently had an appliance fire at my property reported to me in my absence. I called Hassan at Grey and Co who went beyond the call of duty and was at the property within a few minutes. He assessed the situation, quickly called me back to update me and sent photographs. I would thoroughly recommend Hassan and Grey and Co.

She was amazing, very patient very very informative and very understanding, but the main thing that came to me was she really really cares and generally wants to help you and that means a lot to me.
I do find most estate agents very forceful but Abigail is not forceful at all she lets you make your own mind up and is always there to help.

Grey & Co have been managing my property for years. They have always kept me updated whenever there have been maintenance issues, inspections and any tenancy issues. They let me know every time legislation changes. Tonight I even got a video from them letting me know about today's announcement regarding the extension of the eviction ban and notice changes. Just brilliant. If you are looking for an agent that really cares Grey & Co are the ones.

All the staff at Grey & Co are polite, pleasant and friendly. Whilst they provide a professional service they, in actual fact, go above and beyond the usual estate agent services. During Lockdown, Shaqueel, letting agent, collected a blood pressure monitor from Argos. It was vital for me to have this. Hassan and Dominic also kindly offered to do my shopping for me during that time and this is why I can categorically say, they go above and beyond their services.

I have been renting from Grey and co wembley central for a number of years now. I am very happy with the level of professionalism and the way in which staff handle issues and matters that need dealing with. Recently i contacted grey and co wembley central regarding a few maintenance issues at home and Mr Walid Mamuzai and Hassan Pervez have both dealt with the matters very well in terms of time efficiency as well as contacting me to ensure work has been done well and to see if i may have any other issues or problems or even requests that need dealing with. Literally do not respond to emails ever or just actively choose to ignore them. Calling them is useless as they never seem to be there. Nothing ever gets sorted. I would heavily advise anyone find someone else to rent from.

They don't even deserve one star... please people! If ur intention is to rent, just stay away from this agency.. had many issue with the propriety one of them was the heating not working in December. (My 80 years old grandma came to visit us on that time) we been sending many emails.. long story short they keep us with no heating for more then one months,winter time, same with shower, we had no shower working when we moved, and it tooks 2 weeks for them to send somebody ... I could say a lot more.. but I'll end just saying DO NOT RENT FROM THEM PLEASE...
