We tried to re-mortgage using their mortgage advisors a couple of months ago. The initial meeting was great, a WhatsApp group was setup to discuss and it seemed very positive. We told them that we wanted to get it done relatively quickly, as our new mortgage rate was coming within the next couple of months. We didn't have any feedback from them, so we reached out on the WhatsApp group. Turned out the person had left the company, but we hadn't been informed. We were then told we would have some new searches done and sent over to us. I hadn't been sent any new mortgage search results for some time, so I chased up over email and the WhatsApp group - I was promised I would receive some. Nothing. Months went by and we were getting dangerously close to our re-mortgage due date. We received no further information from One2One, so we went elsewhere - where a different company (Mortgage Advice Bureau) sorted us out immediately and the whole deal was closed within 10 days. 1.5 months after we re-mortgaged, Amy reached out to me on the WhatsApp group, letting us know a deal had just expired. I informed her that we had gone elsewhere as we were not getting any responses, so she sent me a rude message back, saying she had been searching 'tirelessly' for us (absolutely not true). Terrible service from One2One, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Definitely go elsewhere.... Read more

Me and my partner were looking to buy our first house late last year. We looked at many different mortgage advisers and come across One2One. We dealt with Niall who went above and beyond for me and my partner. I asked so many stupid questions where I didn’t have the understanding and Niall was always to hand answering any and all questions in depth. He also helped us get the right mortgage for us. It’s been almost a year on since we’ve taken out the mortgage and moved in, we haven’t had any hidden charges and all bills were discussed with Niall. I cannot thank Niall and the team at One2One enough for all the help and support they provided us throughout the whole process. Needless to say, I will be going through One2One to remortgage. We recently listed our house for sale with One2One but have been left disappointed with the service. I should firstly say that each member of staff we've spoken to has been friendly, however they generally seem to be too busy. For example, when they valued our property, they said they could go live in 2-3 days (of us instructing them), but it actually took around a week and a half. Also, one of the pictures they took needed editing (to blur out a picture of one of our children). After two weeks of waiting, they still hadn't updated this, despite us politely chasing it up twice. One2One also wanted to list our house at a higher price than we discussed in the valuation, which we were initially fine with. But after a week we decided that the price was too high, so we rang up to discuss this. A few things were discussed in the call, however at one point we were told that One2One are "prioritising" properties "that need to sell". We were told that they'd give us an update at the end of the week (i.e. we'd have to wait 5 days for answers to our question). We finally decided to switch to another estate agent so we emailed One2One to give notice, but had no reply. We chased this up when the other agent were ready to go live, but again had no reply. They were regularly posting to Facebook at this time though. We then called up, and were told that they had staff off on leave. All in all, it has been a disappointing experience with One2One. As I say, every individual member of staff has been friendly - but it just seems like they are too busy.... Read more

Zac and his team have been fantastic from the start, sending me emails and text messages advising me of viewings and feedback at every opportunity. My property went on the market with another online agent last August 2019 and they just sat back and did nothing. I strongly believe that the quality of the photographs have contributed somewhat towards the number of viewings that have taken place so far, as they have really shown the property at it's best. I'm now alot more positive that the property won't be on the market for too long.
